I will never visit this location again. Staff was rude. Service was slow. I waited 25 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken and potatoes!!

Placed an $106 online order at noon for a 6:45 pick up. Didn’t receive any of our sides, i have to pick them so that’s another 40 minutes of my time. Manager could have cared less. Best part was the chicken was all over cooked and dry. Thanks

45 minuet wait for a bite snack, 3 people who came in after me and placed orders after me for same meal received theirs first.

Enough of letting business owners get away with over priced baby chicken legs. four dollars for one chicken leg is outrageous.. My coleslaw was runny And don’t even think about ordering the shrimp ..you might get a frozen batch of Gordons butterfly shrimp from meijer. I refuse to pay $12 for 5 butterfly baby shrimp Ever again from them. Chicken shack used to be worth the money now I don’t know what people are doing. I think we are brainwashed and programmed atp..And if you’re gonna have kids working for you, please have them understand how to serve the customer, up sale and be professional. for me to get in the car and look at the menu and see I could have got way more for just a few dollars extra was a loss for your company and me. and that’s where the line is. I know my review means nothing to chicken shack that’s I looked at my receipt and just felt so used. Basically, only ate 2chicken legs for $23

Paid at 10:30am for a 5:30pm pick up. Got there at 6 thinking it would be ready. FINALLY got my food at 6:50pm. It took them apparently an hour and 20 minutes to make a 12 piece tub with 1 lg potato and coleslaw

The ribs are great but the chicken has not been as good as it used to be lately. It's been a bit dry lately, I think they have too many new kids working there.
