Sorry, but Chicken Shack has been going down hill for the last couple years now. The portions of chicken have drastically been cut and the potatoes has nearly tripled compared to what it used to be and we used to come here pretty often. $12 for basically a plate of potatoes and a few pieces of chicken. The food is still good but not worth the money. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be either.
Usually love this place. Got really sick from the coleslaw. Potatoes were hard. We usually get the super. After being violently I’ll all day I’m Not taking my chances on going for a while.
I had a party to order for. I wanted to order online and their online ordering is down. My order is well over $100. Can’t use any promo codes in store. Won’t even accommodate for their inconvenience. Sad because the location has good food. It is super unorganized when you arrive. They are friendly but service is just not good. I would love to tip but im not tipping when they can’t even accommodate online orders when the system is down. 3/5
