😡Besides the food has not been up to pre-pandemic quality, I placed an order on Wednesday to take advantage of the Double Points offer. I did not get them. I contacted Jeff the manager, his response was that I was not entitled to more than the 24 of 48 points I received was due to me getting to 100 for my reward threshold. I now stand a at 21, 3 got me the pizza reward as I was at 97 pre-purchase. A second attempt to contact went unanswered. I assumed he didn't care about...read full review
Place on 25 Mile and Dequindre has horrible service and the pizza is just plain bad. The Manager of the store is very rude and incompetent and does not know what he is doing. And on top of it, the website nor the store can apply coupons/rewards accordingly. This place is not worth your money. Many other pizza places in Shelby Twp that are much better and friendlier.
