Went there for dinner tonight, fish and chips. The dinners were way overpriced. The fish coating was very hard, and the fish was very fishy not a good white cod, not worth the price

Had a wonderful time group of 12
Service was excellent. Food was average.
One dinner was missing a piece of fish, it was only breading. The waitress apologized and said she would discount the check accordingly, then the manager came out to see what was happening.
She immediately went on the attack telling us it was impossible that it could happen, basically calling us liars. Four of us saw her cut into nothing but breading.
Bad customer service. Wrong call lady, we were not lying

Parking: Parking for the golf course is shared with restaurant parking. A bit difficult finding a spot on nice days

Ordered the "fish/chips" fish had a bad taste, 2nd filet was so tough I couldn't cut it, waitress brought another filet out, just as bad as the first, the quality at Cranks is not as good as last year, serve food on plates not wire baskets

New summer menu could be great but needs some tweaks. The Irish nachos aren’t nachos it’s crispy tots with veggies and the lightest sprinkle of cheese. Nachos are covered in cheese these are not so they should be called tots with a sprinkle of veggie, worth about $6 not $12. The Masonic burger is pretty much raw it’s missing the caramelized goodness of a true smash burger. Needs more sauce and grilled onions verses raw. For the price fries should be included and not an almost $4 up charge. The crankers blood orange beer was the best part of the visit. Will try again but the menu needs some adjustments. Wine list needs to be upgraded only a house Chardonnay get a Coppola or Kendal Jackson to add to the list it’s needed.

Highly recommend the banquet room downstairs for an event. We had a baby shower and loved the venue and atmosphere. It was great from the communication, setup, and food were excellent. The wait staff was very accommodating and very awesome people. My guests raved about the good tasting food. Thanks, Cranks!

I recently ordered the fish and chips from Cranks, and I must say that I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the dish. The breading on the fish had an off-putting taste and texture, resembling stale and oily cereal corn flakes.Upon my first bite, I immediately noticed a lingering staleness that overshadowed any potential enjoyment. The breading seemed like it had been sitting around for far too long, lacking the fresh and crisp coating that is essential to a satisfying fish and chips experience. The texture was unappealing, with a greasy and clumpy consistency that made it difficult to appreciate the flavor of the fish. The presence of oily cereal corn flakes as a coating was baffling and seemed like a poor choice for such a classic dish. It did not enhance the flavor of the fish but rather detracted from it, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. To add to the disappointment, the chips served alongside the fish were also a letdown. They were greasy and lacked the desirable crispiness, appearing limp and undercooked. The combination of the lackluster chips and the subpar breading left me feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my choice.I believe that the restaurant should be ashamed to serve a dish of such poor quality. Fish and chips is a beloved staple, and it is disheartening to encounter such a disservice to this classic dish.
