I have been ordering sushi from fish bones for years. I really enjoy the tuna avocado roll and the Philadelphia roll. The tune avocado roll is supposed to have fresh strips of tuna and not a whole piece of tuna that you cannot chew! Even the salmon in the Philadelphia roll was hard to chew. I am a bit confused as I really enjoyed the sushi at fish bones
Where is the seasoning??? The food was bland like whoever was cooking never heard of salt and pepper. The most tastiest part of the meal was the salad I ordered. I had the Bayou Platter which contained Shrimp, redfish and catfish beignets. All were fried beautifully, but had absolutely no seasoning. The red beans and rice was just that red beans and rice with no flavor. I think for the price we are being charged there should be some seasoning on the food. I hope you guys read...
