I’ve been to Fishbones plenty of times—usually for the food (and maybe the occasional cocktail), but now it’s because I know I’ll actually enjoy myself when Donny’s working. The man runs his section like a well-oiled machine with a side of charisma.
He was quick with every order, didn’t miss a beat, and even remembered the little details—like me asking for a plastic...

Prices have gone up significantly since my last visit and did not seem to be competitive for restaurants in the immediate area. My Jambalaya was just OK, but my wife actually makes it better. My brother ordered a bronzed catfish Po'boy but received a shrimp Po'boy.
