First time trying this place was delicious! I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but the girl running the front counter was absolutely slaying picking up the phones, packing all the orders, and helping guests! She was a rockstar. The flavor was exceptional. We got the pulled pork sliders & some fries with the sauce everyone was talking about in other reviews: Alabama White… this sauce was the craziest flavor I ever experienced in my life! And I couldn’t even tell you exactly what it tasted like, but it was wonderful and paired deliciously with everything I tried it with. I will say I did not care for the coleslaw; it tasted kinda like Italian dressing instead of what I expected. Writing this review has me hungry again!!

My friend took me there. I got a $18.99 combo with rib and polish sausage. The best combo ever. I didn't expect to see a big portion of food and sides.

I ordered "The Stay Smoked" Combo. It's sort of a sampler platter. The ribs were seasoned properly but could have been a little more tender but overall were great. The sausage was seasoned mildly but grilled nicely. The pulled chicken and pulled pork were both seasoned and cooked to tenderness. I also has the beans as a side. They were a little sweet for my liking but didn't ruin the taste. I suspect it's because of their bbq sauce which tends to lean toward the sweet side. The star of the show for me was the brisket. Seasoned beautifully and smoked very well. The added bonus is that even after washing up after the meal, you still can smell the smoke. If I am not grilling at home, I'm in the parking lot. Everything was great.
