I ordered "The Stay Smoked" Combo. It's sort of a sampler platter. The ribs were seasoned properly but could have been a little more tender but overall were great. The sausage was seasoned mildly but grilled nicely. The pulled chicken and pulled pork were both seasoned and cooked to tenderness. I also has the beans as a side.
