Love their food!! However, I’ve called three times in a row just now & they continue to hang up on me. Guess they’re not hurting too much for business. Wonder if the owner is aware of them hanging up on customers….sad.

Gilberts is a great place to meet friends and they have good food and drinks. The staff is friendly and the service is good. I work long hours and sometimes I eat late. Gilberts is always there. The management keeps things clean and safe for all ages.

We've been coming here for years. The kids always loved the trains. Staff and customers are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I left something in the restaurant, and it was safely secured until I returned. Neighborhood spot!

The food is good. Unfortunately, you have to go online for a cocktail menu. There is not a QR code to do so. The listed prices for the cocktails is incorrect. Ours were $1.50 - $2.00 more than the stated price, they came without the whipped cream topping them off and were weak. The bartender or waitress should have noticed this easily, especially since the spoons were in the drink along with the straw. What for? The missing whip cream. Gilberts needs to update the online menu and perhaps provide a QR code that can be scanned.We hate sending drinks back that aren't prepared as described, or getting charged more than what we expected on top of it. (No pun intended...)

0 ? really had ? bugs. Look for tiny itty-bitty bugs that look like dirt, on glasses ? napkins , and in foods. They come from moldy nasty sinks. And they denied it and didn't give me a call back. The soup ? was delicious ? though. But literally ⌚️ the gray and ⚫️ black tiny bugs move.Vegetarian options: They have old scribbled salads ? that ithat are not fresh . They have them refrigerated. YulkParking: It be jammed packed.Kid-friendliness: People from all walks of life go there. It was packed. It would not have been if they seen what I saw.
