Hungry Howie's Pizza

Ordered some pizza at 10:18, We asked them was it to late for delivery and they said no, they put our order in and we paid, We got a text saying that our pizzas will be delivered salt 10:41. Well they closed and we recieved no pizza and they took Our money. Called Corporate and they said we’ll see they are a franchise we are sorry and we will send this complaint to the store, Smh!!!! Called the store and talked to the manager, he made excuses saying we don’t even deliver, We have ordered and had pizzas delivered from them before so I don’t know what he was talking about!!!! Never heard an apology. They said the refund will take a few days. They are Very Ignorant and Very Unprofessional, We will never order from them again. Never had this problem at Dominos!!!! Attention Franchise Owner, You need new Management!!!!!!!!!!

I called my order in for pickup, and they were very nice and professional on the phone. They let me know how long it would take to make my items. When I got there my food was ready for me. The pizza, chicken wings, and three cheese bread were excellent!

Hungry Howie's is a very solid 4 on the rating scale. I'm very rarely let down, nor am I blown away. Maybe if they didn't use canned mushrooms and/or red onions, I'd be willing to even give them a 5, especially as far as chains go. Either way, this particular location is pretty solid.

They forgot my kids cheesebread and couldn't even cut the cookie. Not a happy customer. Will not recommend.
