Jersey Mike's Subs

I was just there and my online order instruction weren’t followed. I didnt mind, but the young lady with the blue hair was beyond rude and snarky far as attitude. When I went up to the store. She told us to call next time and usually people call. We informed her, some people prefer proof in person. Rather than the phone. She didnt allow me to explain the situation. She was cutting me off as I was speaking, being shallow, trying to make rude side comments to the gentlemen that was there, she was saying “that’s too much food to be giving away. The order was made so and so long ago. Ridiculous.” She was glaring at me from the back of the store making me uncomfortable, they disregarded me and my boyfriend as if we were not important. We brought back the ORIGINAL ORDER that was made it was UNTOUCHED! That was a $61.11 ORDER BTW! When I called to inform them that they messed up my replacement order. An older gentleman on the shift who was in charge was screaming at me on the phone. First and LAST time going to this location. I’ll go to back to Grosse Pointe. Posted are the two employees for the owner to take care of this matter. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Subs are good, but prices are up again twice in about six months . I'll be eating somewhere else.

Bunch of jerks working at this location. They totally messed up my custom order and then wanted to argue about it! Go somewhere else.

Very pricy and the staff was not warm and welcoming. The guy working the register refused to accept online coupons and chose to be rude with his word choice. First time here, and I will not be back! Fix your attitude man or find another place to work. This place is busy since the economy is still good but wait when things slow down, $20 a person sub sandwich meals won’t be commonplace anymore.

Opened my sandwich 10/28 and an ant came crawling out of the sandwich wrapper. I called to let them know, they said they would remake my sandwich. Maybe a refund guys????

Chipotle cheese steak was very good. I would recommend ordering extra meat otherwise it seems like you’re chomping through a lot of bread. Very tasty.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for my order and didn’t even tell me they were missing items until I got home. The store changed my order without informing me. Didn’t know until I saw the hand written note on my sandwich bag. When I called and stated I wanted a refund , they first told me they would. But in the end would only offer store credit. Told me they didn’t think changing the order would be “that big of a deal”. Why would I order something a certain way, if I didn’t want it a certain way?!?!? Complete idiots running this place.

There's no doubt about it, "Jersey Mike's" Subs are so fresh and delicious. They are a little on the pricey side, but honestly worth it.
You can't compare to Subway bc they don't have the fresh ingredients. Their meat is pre sliced and sits out all day, as does the cheese. You can't substitute that at all. On a scale of 1-10 Jersey.Mikes #1 in my book, Subway 2. Thanks

Always my go to place for steak and cheese subs
Today went go my normal order steak cheese extra cheese light amount mayo.

Today I got heavy mayo legit all I could taste was mayo no mushrooms peppers or onions I tossed it out and I’m scared to go back there now.

Please listen if someone ask for light I didn’t ask for mayo. Heavy I legit only taste mayo in this sub and made me sick yo my stomach

high quality delicious subs, friendly and professional staff. had the chipotle chicken and salsa Verde chicken cheese steak. the chipotle chicken was my fav 🔥🔥
