Went inside in person to inquire about catering prices. Prefer to do this stuff face to face at counter. There was a break at the register and I asked how do I get catering prices. Was told to go online. I did not press any further but that's a pretty ridiculous policy. I was hoping they would be able to give me pricing as I was in their store. Don't make me play your stupid games and fight your dumb website that I don't want to use. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Food always good policy of modern businesses drives me insane.

As soon as you walk in one if not All the staff welcome you creating a warm atmosphere even before you glance at a Manu, unless of course you're a regular like me, The food is always fresh and made to order, there isn't really anything I wouldn't recommend on their menu ALL the classic and the best hot subs around Chipotle Cheese Steak is so amazing, 12 outta 10 guys keep being your beautiful selves!!

Absolutely no one took my order. I said hello they said nothing. There were three people at the front standing around the sandwich station one woman had her back turned to me and went back and forth to refill the Pepsi in the cooler. Entire time she did not even acknowledge me. There was man standing directly in front of me and would not look at me. I eventually walked out. Im confused and insulted and would like this place investigated because I thought you had to serve someone at a public establishment regardless of who you are.

Horrible Experience here. Racist vibe. Walked in, the staff were standing around and didn’t say a word to me. No other customers were present. 5 minutes later a guy finally takes my order. As I’m waiting the guy sets a sub on the counter again didn’t say a word to me. A white guy comes in and immediately served. 10 minutes later the manager comes out front and ask me if Ive been waited on I tell him I waiting on my order he tells me it’s right here. Everything is sitting on the counter not bagged. I ask why wasn’t it bagged and why didn’t the guy say anything. No accountability from the manager. If you are black Horrible service, Horrible staff!!!!

I love this location. Have for over 5 years. Food is always perfect, staff is always outstanding and the cost for the food is perfect.I had to give the staff this shout today 11.29.23 as the young lady taking orders was more patient than I could be. She was calm and polite with the absolute idiot Karen who had no idea what the hell she was ordering, on the phone in the restaurant arguing with whoever she was ordering for, and being overtly obnoxious.I ordered, because I know how to act in public, and the staff was amazing. Food was perfect.And the young man ringing me up even let me know I gave him too much money when I was paying, as I was in awe at that woman trying to order. It was a sight to behold. I’m still laughing.Thank you SCS Jersey Mikes! You are all the very best and so was my food!
