The last 2 or 3 orders have been made wrong. My husband pays extra for cheese on his sandwich and never gets it. They also never cut our sandwiches and they keep forgetting my peppers on the hot italian. There's also no answer when you call so no way to complain or rectify these issues. There's multiple locations near us so if this is a continued issue we can just switch to the next closest one.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery, driver couldn't find my condo. When I told him this happens all the time he told me that I need to change the address I put in the app for my delivery. He then told me to cancel the order, which I did. Never ordering again

Sandwich was alright, but the small coke I ordered was filled 4/5ths of the way full of ice. This is one of the cheapest things I have ever seen. Will not be doing business with a company cutting corners like this.
Super nice!! I fat fingered my delivery address which resulted in it being taken to the wrong place. They we so nice problem solving and fixing MY mistake. Good customer service is hard to find, but they've got it!

They don't deliver 2 mi away, 5 minutes down the road exactly 2 miles they say it's out of the way but it's only 2 minutes. I thought Jimmy John's was freaky fast delivery not no delivery. The best they have to say from management is that's how we roll. Do you guys not deliver? I'm 2 miles
