I've been coming to this Jimmy John's for awhile, and it's good! I ordered a wrap that comes with parmesan cheese on it, And I can't eat parmesan cheese, so I wanted them to replace it with provolone. They charge you to put a different cheese on. If I was adding provolone to it I would understand, but I was switching it out. That kind of Sucks Jimmy Johns!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches. All three were made correctly to order. When the order arrived there were no straws, no mustard packets that were requested, one of the drinks was wrong, and the whole order stunk of weed.Probably why the order took so long to get delivered, the driver was getting baked.

I showed up close to closing time and was afraid of being “that customer” who walks in right before the lights get turned off, but everyone on staff was awesome and understanding. Betty in particular made sure that I got the sandwich I ordered, exactly as I wanted it. Top notch crew and great energy all around!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered lunch for our employees and after an hour and 3 calls later we asked that they remake our lunch so that we can pick it up. Their 1 driver was sent out with 15+ deliveries! Hire help!!! Our employees finally had lunch at almost 2 pm when we ordered for delivery at 12:20. To top it off the fat girl with the nasty personality had the audacity to have an attitude with our employee that we sent to pick up lunch! Well done ? I really hope the franchise owner takes this review seriously, with a 3.9 Google rating, you know this is the norm for them! Save the headache and support another local small business!!
