Jimmy John’s in St Clair Shores on Harper just north of 9 mile. I ordered 7 subs over the phone, they were ready and waiting for me within minutes. I have a hard time walking and asked for help getting to my car with my order. A young red haired girl employee immediately said she’d help me and did. Carried my order to my car and helped me down the curb. Put my order in my car for me. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it very much. So sorry I didn’t get her...

So this was a weird and disappointing visit to Jimmy Johns. A couple of days ago I stopped there on a busy day, and ordered a #9 with extra lettuce, hot cherry peppers, and asked for my receipt. The girl who took my money indicated the receipt would come with the sandwich at the other end of the sandwich prep counter. I watched them roll up the sandwich, and noticing no lettuce, asked if the sandwich had extra lettuce, and the prep guy said it did. So I took his word, left...

The JJs at Harper and 9 mile is well run and the staff is always very warm, inviting and prompt w their service. Only blemish actually happened today, the young woman I spoke to on the phone had very little warmth and it appeared obvious by her demeanor tha she does not like her job.But overall, stellar service.
