This place was clean and the Older Lady that worked the drive-thru and counter was Awesome! She made my day! I was having a horrible day and she said the kindest words. The food was fresh and hot , just the way I like it!

On 2/25/2025 around 7:45 pm I purchased a 12 peice family meal and the chicken was not all that great. Some pieces the crust was soggy and missing. The biscuits were slightly stale and hardened. I felt sick to my stomach last night and I have loose stool today. One family member didn't eat much of their chicken and we threw some chicken out. I do not recommend going to that location for food.

If you order before 4:30 your going to get the left over chicken from lunch. Wait until 5 or 6 to get the fresh chicken.

Food was left out to long you can taste it mashed potatoes sat to long in warmer tasted like plastic container they came in and the biscuit was under cooked like eating hot dough the only thing that tasted good was the soda and the new sauce on the nuggets everything else tasted like it been sitting for hours like cook the food to order or shit it down. Dish the potatoes to order not hours in plastic container in warmer the gravy was crusty on the sides of container and no receipts where is the health department serving old food can make people sick
I havent been to KFC for years, tought I would try it again.
The chicken tasted as if it was cooked and then sat around under the heat lamp for an hour or two. Not that good.
It was expensive too.
Won't be back for a long time.

The reason why I gave the food a one when I ordered a famous bowl got it home there is only a few pieces of chicken mashed potatoes corn and some cheese they just didn't give you enough chicken

Sept 4th 3PM. I online ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 piece with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a, "Can I help you sir?" from the counter gentleman. Equally warm face smiles from the kitchen area as they confirmed my order verbally and to the screen.
Everyone was professional and my order was perfectly prepared and fresh! Napkins and everything needed to eat were in the bag. This was a 5 star experience for me. I looked for a "Tip Jar" on the counter and seen none. I made no effort to ask because after I got my order, everyone looked busy again. Also because I was lazy and now I feel very guilty:(:(:(
I hope I see the same employees when I return within a few days. I will make it up to them:) My wife has told me for years how great of a location this is. Only today I went myself and Indeed, my wife is correct!
Super fast at KFC isn’t my normal experience, but here it was ready and handed to me legit within 2 minutes. I was still talking to the guy who took my order and bam food was ready.
