Drive thru, person didn't know menu,Shorted food from order. Won't be back.

I ordered the $20 Family meal at the drive-thru…the cashier at the window was very friendly, however when I got home I was shorted 2pieces of chicken. Not a huge deal, but it kinda is when you ordered 6pcs and only have 4 with 3 ppl. I called them back & no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I never received a return call, so I went to the KFC website and informed them of the situation. I wasn’t angry, but it just seems as if restaurants just give you whatever they want you to have ( most times won’t give you a receipt which is needed to report issues) instead of what you paid for. I received a form email from Corporate saying they were sorry, blah blah and would be mailing me a voucher.$5….that won’t even buy a 2pc to replace what I didn’t initially get! The closest KFC to me closed recently & poor customer service was a huge problem….apparently they truly don’t care about their customers

I didnt even place an order. I walked in both front register employees rolled their eyes, like i was an inconvenience. The guy lazily signed on to his register he said something under his breath but i didnt catch it. So I said " you know what? Im good."and left. I went to the location down at old 8mile, and while still met with some hostility my irder was taken in professional manner and my chicken was fresh.

Sorry I had to rate this so low ?. The guy at the register window, was so nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh. I visited on a Sunday, around 3, I could tell my food wasn't fresh. 1 I got my order way too quick (I got the 3 piece and 2 sides meal, forgot what the number combo was). Secondly, I could tell it wasn't fresh obviously cuz the no wait time and because my chicken, I could tell, set out under the heat lamp. I can't really describe how some bites were not easy or pleasant to eat because of the lack of freshness of the chicken. Mashed potatoes weren't all that. The best food items were the fries and the drink. Plus my total was about $11 it $12 for they 1 meal, which is ok but, it's not ok spending that much when the food isn't fresh!!

They said they didn't have cookies. I asked if they had brownies. They said "yes", I said ok give me three brownies. I got home open my boxes, and they literally gave me three pans of brownies. I looked at my receipt, and it was $20 in brownies. I can't imagine that wasn't a bad joke. They also forgot 2 of our small sides. The chicken was original, not extra crispy, the biscuts were raw , and it was all cold.

Ordered online a family bucket of extra crispy chicken. With 2 sides of coleslaw & Mac and cheese. It was ready to in a paper bag with handles when I got there. My name was on it at the front counter under a heat lamp. I checked with them before I grabbed it. Cool! I was in & out fast & on my way to pre Xmas gathering. Unfortunately, NOT! The paper bag broke open from the bottom as held it by the handle just as I stepped outside to the parking lot. Half of the chicken spilled out & the gravy cup spilled open too (I didn't order gravy or the mashed potatoes). Also, I found out they left out a coleslaw & 2 containers of Mac and cheese. They were busy, and didn't seem all that interested in dealing with my issue. But, nevertheless, after about 15-20 minutes, they managed to get me a new bucket of original (they didn't have enough extra crispy) & got me the sides that I actually ordered. Moral of the story: check the contents of the bag before leaving + hold the bag at the bottom or risk it breaking. Note: I'm very appreciate of the crew & all their hard work!

Parking: No problems noted.Kid-friendliness: Some indoor seating is available for say a children's birthday party.Wheelchair accessibility: Single story, no stairs noted and, indoor floor level is same as outdoor ground level. Drive thru is always available. Handicap parking spots are available.

Even when repeating the order it was still wrong once we got it home. On a positive note, this is one of the most cleanest stores that I have been to even the one Birmingham is nasty go figure

There's an older lady that works there she's been there for years. I don't know her name. But I have never seen a more pleasant person in my life. She is the sweetest thing. Your other co-workers are great. They are courteous and respectful and they get you in and Out. They always make sure you get your order correct. I go to the one at martin and harper and saint clair shores love this place.
