I have no problems with Kroger, but with Instacart. Instacart IS a thief! I placed a $60 order on 01/12/24, which was delivered correctly. However, the next day when I looked at my bank account, I noticed that they had withdrawn $364! It was showing as a $300 tip. Really??? Who tips $300 on a $60 order? I have called their support team at least 7 times, I have emailed and messaged them on their website WITH NO RESULTS, and it is now 02/01/24. I cannot believe they will not make this right. I will tell EVERYONE about Instacart stealing my $300!

We went here on December 11 and my grandma got some ham for us to eat we ate it and my family got food poisoning and on the lunch meet their we will never get ham from there again

UPDATE as of Tues. 12/12/23.....DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT SHOP THERE. THERE WAS A CAR JACKING IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS & that's why there's a blue flashing light on a tall pole powered by a generator in the parking lot! I spoke to an employee who played totally stupid recently and said she didn't know why when I asked her about it. A new employee was finally & thankfully honest with me. Not only is that place a F'ING sorry ass excuse for a grocery store, it's now DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS. They're ALWAYS out of basic food items and the management there SUCKS. You're infinitely better off going to the Marter Store or the Grosse Pointe Woods store on Mack. STAY AWAY if you value your safety, car or LIFE.

I went to I guess what they called the prepared food counter I ordered a two piece, all white with potato wedges and corn. Total cost seven dollars. The chicken was fairly well seasoned, and the amounts were plentiful, well surprise, and quite economical.

Love Kroger.......They have almost everything. Good customer service too. Great employees. Special shout out to Angelo at Marter and Jefferson! He always takes care of us and really knows what he is doing. Very nice man too.

Cashiers are very rude and obnoxious and not the sharpest tools in the shed especially the little old lady with the dish water hair.Every time I go there they like to sell items that are a year out of date . Alway check the dates....

I highly recommend this kroger. however they need to update the closing times on the door and the websites. it's problematic for both the employees and customer. I've seen employees get cussed out by customers over the hours now being updated

Waited at the Deli for 20 minutes to have no one to wait on me. I finished my shopping and went back to the deli 30 minutes later. I waited another 15 minutes for someone to wait on me at the deli. It never happened. I went somewhere else. This store has gone down hill big time. I am done with Kroger, I will never shop there again.
It's a very small Kroger compared to the other locations. The self checkout is fast. I got my covid booster here. He forgot to give me my flu shot. The best thing is there is no security guard masturbating in the parking lot like the 13 mile road Kroger location.

I do shop at this store a lot, at least once a week, so I have it memorized and know where almost everything is located. Also, the store is good sized, so it has almost all the items I'd want to buy. Cashiers at check-out are mostly old hands and rather friendly. Those are the pluses. The negative is that the store clearly has problems stocking staples. So unless you get to this store before 9AM, you may find the shelves bare for some basic items you are looking for.

This Clicklist is AWFUL! I waited 3 hours with my kids to get my groceries today. Can't get a hold of anybody go check the status of my order. This is awful. I will never use this service of "convenience" again. If you can't handle the amount of orders don't release so many time slots.... So disappointed

they have rude service people. one little black man in particular talked to me like i was a child. theres some other there that are really nice. they refuse to take back a brick of kroger cheese ---the expiry date is in november! it was full of mold. i have shopped at krog's for at least 20 yr. the whole incident was very disgusting and unnecessary.
