Placed online order and had to wait an hour to get cause the young kids working didn't even put in my order. They were too busy joking and telling each other stories and "forgot"....than when I ask what the problem is they rreat me like I'm crazy and am over reacting. Umm, no...just wondering why it's not ready 🤔
BEWARE! The store on Harper, north of 13 mile allows their employees to be down right rude to customers. After waiting 45 mins for my pizzas this employee had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to come back and make my own pizza because couldn’t I see that they were busy!!! After watching him throw a dirty towels on pizzas as the came out of the oven. I was told he was fired and only today did I find out he is still there, because they are “short handed”... really?!?! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! 13 and harper has much better quality in all aspects. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a 102.00 refund for a canceled order. Denise the owner/manager is very rude. I have contacted her 5 times regarding this issue and she says she did what she should and she is to busy to help me with anything and continues to call me rude because obviously I am getting very irritated.
