12pm on a Thursday and this is literally the worst cut pizza we’ve ever got lol

I used to go here for years and they always did such an amazing job on the pizza. The staff was always friendly and took pride in their location. My son went and picked up our order today and this was the last straw. All I wanted was the cheesesteak puffs and they gave me this…I can’t even eat this. I’m angry and disappointed. What’s happened to little Caesar’s??

Never hot and ready, always a wait...just gonna order some decent tasing pizza instead of this cardboard since I have to wait every time anyway. Being hot and ready is the only thing that makes little ceasers tolerable in the first place...

I come in at 9:45 on two different occasions with a pregnant wife and working a double. Each time they say they cannot and will not make me my food that I want. Ridiculously lazy staff that do not want to do the job they have. So what do I do when I’m pissed i order food out of spite and instead of one pizza I ask for four. Instead of one regular bread I ask for four. Forcing them to remake the pie as fresh as can be. I’m done with lazy l. If I was lazy I would be fired.

this is by far the best little caesar’s location i’ve ever visited in my life. i didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he complimented my shirt & nails. addressed everyone who came in so nicely “maam , sir , boss”. he has the upmost nicest energy and that’s the customer service i LOVE to see. i had to write a review because of his niceness, personality and spirit. keep being positive and being you!

I just wanted to take a moment and shine some light on an employee who served me today. I've been to more Little Caesars than I can count, and I've never been more impressed with my service. This person got straight down to business and took my order. I didnt have to wait long at all. Without having to ask, this gentle men offered me napkins and spared me a couple paper plates. Good customer service is hard to come by, and the fact that he went out of his way just to make sure I was good says a million words. My pizza was ready on time, fresh, and made my day. My guy, if you're reading this, I appreciate you a ton. Keep it up.
