Go to a different location if you can. Place is mismanaged, and has been that way for the last year or so. Wait times are almost always double what is estimated. Even if the app says you order is ready, they probably gave away your crazy bread to a walk-in before you arrived. Store needs better management and better training.

Placed carryout order at 5:24pm. They said 20-25 minutes.When I was at the counter the guy said it wasn't even in the oven yet and they are about an hour behind.Why didn't he tell me that on the phone!It is now 6:20pm and I'm still standing here waiting!!! Ugh!!! Losing my patience. If this wasn't for my grand children I would have walked out.

I was a loyal customer to this place until tonight. My pizza was SATURATED in oil and barely edible. No employees greeted me. One came right to the register, ignored me and walked away. I'm done! You lost a loyal customer who had been going here for years! Oh well, your fault!

The difference is insane. Theyve hired enough people so their workers aren't so stressed and overworked. (There is no labor shortage. There is a wage shortage. Pay your workers.)?

Guessing this store has gone through new ownership ? Rarely has hot n' ready pizza available. Last two times had to drive to 14 mile location where they had plenty. Might be worth skipping the stop on this store unfortunately.

I had to wait 5 minutes for the pizza to start then I get it and it’s under cooked and barely cut to the point I could barely eat it. I think zack cooked my pizza whatever they are paying him is too
