Fast service good pizza bad parking lot

i was sick to my stomach for 2 days because they send out under cooked pizza. didn’t notice until i got home was eating in my car in the dark.

Pretzel salt on my pizza. I couldn't eat it bc it was too salty, the pizza not the crust. Idk if this is a new thing but I don't like salty food and I don't like salt on my pizza. Great customer service but horrible pizza. First time I ever had an issue.

I know most people use the pizza portal now a days but if a customer calls the store to place an order can you guys please repeat the order to the customer to make sure you heard them correctly, I normally use the portal but because you can’t customize certain things on the app I had to call my order in I asked for light sauce on my pizza and my pizza was smothered in sauce I get light sauce for a reason, I don’t want to have to lift up my cheese and toppings to wipe off a crap ton of sauce

The manager on duty today is terrible. I can only refer to her as “she”, as she didn’t have name tag. She exhibited poor customer service with other customers as well as myself. No greeting, short answers, unpleasant tone, less than welcoming. She is a poor example for the crew, and a bad reflection as a leadership representative for Little Caesar’s.

They never answer the phone :(

My order was pretty much on time and the pizza was hot when I got home . My only problem was the crazy bread was not quite done . Very doughy.

I order a pretzel crust pizza via uber eats and they sent a regular pizza with pretzel salt on it

Close to the house. Quick service. Large Pizza portal. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Busy parking lot at times but always can find a parking spot

The absolute worst pizza ever. For the second time, the pizza didn’t seem fresh at all. It looked, and tasted like it’s been sitting out for a while. And it’s overall very cheap and not very good compared to hungry howies and cottage inn. I’ve deleted the app and will never again get pizza from little caesars.

I wish i can give 0 star, this place sucks, they say 5 mins and you end up waiting 40 mins, i will never order from little Cesar again, i rather buy a frozen one from Walmart
