This has to be one of the worst McDonald's chains I've been to or have ordered food from. The employees are very disrespectful and cuss out my Dasher from DoorDash and they don't even fulfill my order either. The fries are hard as a rock and the burgers are rubbery and luke warm. I will never eat from here again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I placed an order to arrive at my table, 124… waited for 15 20 min my two kids are getting restless crying about getting a snack in. 30 min goes by, I go up there and stood there for about 10 min.
In total I waited 40 minutes on a Mcchicken and 4 nuggets. Manager said they I had place a mobile order…I in fact did not, I asked for a refund and an apology but I don’t think they believe in any good manors up at this establishment, hands down absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too and will NEVER return.
The MANAGER turned around and smikred at me when asking for an apology for the wait.
Everyone had gotten their food delivered to their tables besides a single dad of 3 kids. Whoever the manager of this place is is disrespectful beyond belief.

Every time you come here lately it is something they tell you they're not taking orders for 15 minutes or some other issue maybe they leave you waiting at the speaker for 10-15 minutes it's ridiculous this place used to be good I don't know what happened sounds to me like there's a new manager or ownership there but this place is horrible I suggest you save your money and don't spend it here I won't be anymore I've had it this is the last time I will get bad service even though it's the closest one to my house I will find another one

This store is going downhill. I come in here all the time for doordashing. There's a young man that does all the cleaning his name is Jamie he's very kind and very industrious. I noticed I have not seen him lately and the other employees told me that you guys are cutting back on your help So Jamie hardly works anymore. I finally seen him back after a month or so. Thank goodness because he's the only one that knows how to clean there your floors were disgusting. He's the only one that knows how to mop and vacuum. You need to keep him full-time. If you don't it's your loss if you lose customers. I would never come here unless I had to because of doordash. So please managers keep him on the schedule because all your other workers don't know how to clean the floors and tables like he does. Or your other workers just don't want to I hope you're reading this.

Very sad to see the state of this McDonald’s. I grew up going to this McDonald’s in my neighborhood. I pulled up to the drive thru window - tried to order - a female rudely said I’m counting my drawer give me a minute. I gave them about 5 before asking how much longer it would be. She then stated “I’ll let you know when I’m done”. Meanwhile several cars are pulling behind me and into the other drive thru lane. Now about 10 minutes pass and I’m seeing other people being served. I say excuse me but I’ve been here longer than anyone - and she says OKAY THEN ILL TAKE YOUR ORDER very snarky and rude like I’m inconveniencing her.
Once I get my order - mcchickens have no mayo on them - so I have to pull back around and get mayo packets. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Stopped here on the way to work speedy service done courteous and correctly even when I had that do an add-on at the last minute at the cashier I know they hate that because I used to work cashier drive through and I hated it but it was done with no problems no hesitation and with a smile Loved it
