absolutely no reason why i should be sitting for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted at the drive thru when there are no other cars in line, and no other customers in the lobby. slowest service EVER, these people need to take some pride in their work and actually do the job they were hired for.

Mobile app was used. Got there had to wait about then got my food and the food was not hot. By the time I got 10 minutes away, everything was cold.

Mobile ordered 2 larger meals and one happy meal, did not receive the fries or drinks for the large meals and the chicken sandwich we did get the bun was rock hard and stale, the chicken tasted like day old leftovers and had brown lettuce to top it off. So disgusted

When our food was delivered, 2 large meals and a kids meal. Both fries were missing, one large drink and the kids drink. The one drink we did get was wrong and the deluxe chicken sandwich had a rock hard stale bottom bun and brown dried out lettuce. One bite without bottom bun and it tasted like yesterday's leftovers.

The people that work here are just rude, and do not care about nothing about their selves. They are advertising flyers in the establishment saying they are hiring full time and part time, but when somebody ACTUALLY puts in the effort to get that job they wanna act like they not hiring. I called up their a few times asking for the hiring manger so I could talk to her, the lady who answered the phone was rude and a liar, and she hung up in my face after I asked if the hiring manager was there. This location is just GHETTO. Another time I been to this location, I saw the workers in the back smoking a vape where the food is supposed to be cooked!

They forgot my big Mac twice and now my daughters apple slices and my 6 piece nuggets like doesn't anyone triple check anymore count the items,people spend good money on food.

This location is indeed weird. First off the employees after 8 pm don’t like working so if you can get them to even say something to you, it’s going to be oh we’re closed. Drive pass the window and someone sitting down playing on the phone. But today (2/21/25) the girl tells me they discontinued the mocha frappe. I said discontinued? She said yes. Like little girl why are you lying? Just close the place down or find some people that actually want to work.

The most nastiest customer service it’s always from the McDonald’s workers, first of all I was in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and some other car came to the other drive-through and they took care of them first then when the manager help me with the drive-through at 9 PM, he said we are sorry we are closed. The problem is he was lying because I asked one girl she works there too. I don’t get it why you do that that’s so disrespectful and when I walked in inside the store all of them, they stand in front of the cashier and they talking to each other while there’s customers in front of the cashier and the drive-through too I hope some of them they get fired and they get replaced that’s the manager on the photos
