The people that work here are just rude, and do not care about nothing about their selves. They are advertising flyers in the establishment saying they are hiring full time and part time, but when somebody ACTUALLY puts in the effort to get that job they wanna act like they not hiring. I called up their a few times asking for the hiring manger so I could talk to her, the lady who answered the phone was rude and a liar, and she hung up in my face after I asked if the hiring manager was there. This location is just GHETTO. Another time I been to this location, I saw the workers in the back smoking a vape where the food is supposed to be cooked!

They forgot my big Mac twice and now my daughters apple slices and my 6 piece nuggets like doesn't anyone triple check anymore count the items,people spend good money on food.

This location is indeed weird. First off the employees after 8 pm don’t like working so if you can get them to even say something to you, it’s going to be oh we’re closed. Drive pass the window and someone sitting down playing on the phone. But today (2/21/25) the girl tells me they discontinued the mocha frappe. I said discontinued? She said yes. Like little girl why are you lying? Just close the place down or find some people that actually want to work.

The most nastiest customer service it’s always from the McDonald’s workers, first of all I was in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and some other car came to the other drive-through and they took care of them first then when the manager help me with the drive-through at 9 PM, he said we are sorry we are closed. The problem is he was lying because I asked one girl she works there too. I don’t get it why you do that that’s so disrespectful and when I walked in inside the store all of them, they stand in front of the cashier and they talking to each other while there’s customers in front of the cashier and the drive-through too I hope some of them they get fired and they get replaced that’s the manager on the photos

Went thru drive thru, guy just what's your order. RUDE I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickles. And 6 piece nuggets. I got big Mac extra pickles and 5 nuggets and the kid giving me my order was smiling. Got to work, thru the garbage in the trash. They though they were being cute. Morons. Can't say it was them, but a suspicious charge on my card the next day. But the fraud department of my bank is looking in to it. Never again will I ever go to a McDonalds restaurant

I haven’t seen the one lady manager in awhile but things ran smoothly when she was working. The manager I see on a regular is this young guy and he is never helpful and lets the crew do whatever they want. Then it’s one tall woman that works there that always has an attitude like I’m inconveniencing her because she has to do some work. Just like the McDonald’s on Mack and canyon too many young ignorant acting people working at both these locations. If you are craving some McDonald’s, make the drive to another location that gives you no attitude and doesn’t mess up on your order.
Got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns in the drive through line, not very busy. Waited for 20 minutes and finally just left.

The place is horrible. The stuffs are unprofessional and treats customers poorly. They spilled my coffee before serving and the aervier’s hand was inside my coffee cup. When I asked them to change it they started arguing that there’s nothing wrong with the coffee. And they just wiped the coffee cup and pretended they made a new cup of coffee. There’s no food safety, no professionalism. They believe they can treat their customer however they like!

This is a trash mcdonald! From manager to the employees all are extremely unprofessional. They served coffee with lid half open and thats on the driveway! Asked the employee to change and she refused. Complained it to manager and she was like okay. Its not ok! We pay for the food. You are not doing any foodbank service here. Be respectful to your customers and give them what they paid for. Whoever the owner of this location, please hire people who would like their job not these drugged people ruining our country
