If you haven’t been to Modern Cone yet, it’s definitely worth a stop. They have a great selection of flavors and fun options, so there’s always something different to try. The shop is clean, well put together, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it an easy place to hang out.
The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful if you need suggestions. Overall it’s just a solid spot to grab dessert, whether you’re going with family or meeting up with friends. We’ll definitely be back.

I spent a lot of time deliberating before writing this review. My son and I visited Modern Cone on Friday, February 20, 2026. I ordered two slices of ice cream cake and a milkshake, and everything was as delicious as usual. However, after I finished my ice cream cake, I immediately began experiencing an allergic reaction. Surprisingly, there were no signs in the shop indicating that they cross-contaminate food. The next day, I contacted the shop to express my concerns, but they showed little remorse. They simply said, “Yeah, I have to talk to the owner and let her know about that.” They didn’t offer any sincere apology or take any action to address the issue. I’m writing this review to warn anyone with a severe peanut allergy to be cautious when visiting this establishment.

The stacker was great. The place was clean and inviting. The only downside was the 2 ladies working. Neither one said hello to us when we got there. So from an employee customer aspect it was not the most inviting experience.

I was worried I walked in right before they closed so I checked online and saw they are open till 930 it’s 3pm so just felt strange. Me and my 3 year old so I guess I was expecting a friendly hello to my kiddo.

Today was my husband and I’s first time at Modern Cone after seeing it on TikTok. All we could say was WOW! We had such an amazing experience with the staff and ice cream. We bought the ice cream nachos and were highly impressed with the presentation and taste! Will most definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone we know!!😊
