Clean shop, prices are good, I was the only customer and employees seemed very hurried to get my order done. I was worried I walked in right before they closed so I checked online and saw they are open till 930 it’s 3pm so just felt strange. Me and my 3 year old so I guess I was expecting a friendly hello to my kiddo.

Today was my husband and I’s first time at Modern Cone after seeing it on TikTok. All we could say was WOW! We had such an amazing experience with the staff and ice cream. We bought the ice cream nachos and were highly impressed with the presentation and taste! Will most definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone we know!!😊

Very good little ice cream shop. Love that they have a ton of options to choose from. Staff is also nice. It gets really busy here but I understand why. Certainly going back when I’m back in town. The cream was good! Looking forward to trying something new from there.

First time customers. Was there Saturday, (8/16) early afternoon and we were the only customers in the shop at the time . The girls all came from the back in a group when we walked in to take our order. Ice cream nachos were one of our choices and the girl taking the order rushed us through the ice cream choices, offering no toppings or sauces. So we paid $15.00 for cone chips and 2 scoops of ice cream. After reading other reviews definitely agree they have rude customer service. Won’t be recommending or visiting the establishment again.

I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake ice cream with chunks of cheesecake, crumbled cake & plenty of strawberry topping. Layered beautifully, I really appreciate how each dessert looks ready for a photo.
Cozy little spot to eat with a few tables inside, and equally as many outside. I would love to try more places in the area, but man, I can picture me coming here again for a vanilla & caramel creation with a chocolate cookie in it or something.

I felt very intimidated by the employee taking my order because I have never been here before and they acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. Might come back eventually to give it a second try but not anytime soon if this is how customers get treated.
