I absolutely love the coffee here, and I come here all of the time. Probably 3x a week.
The women working have always been very pleasant. I’m not sure if the owner (I presume him to be the owner, tall guy with dark short hair and short beard) knows that he comes off quite snarky. I understand how stressful running a business can be, but today I felt like he was really irritated to have to take my order, and I love new order so that made me a little sad. I will continue to come back, I just wanted you to be aware of how you come off to your customers.

We rented the New Order coffee cart for a birthday party and it was a hit!!! The coffee was great, everyone loved it!!! Patrick and the staff were awesome! Would definitely rent it again! Call them!! Thank you New Order!

New Order is a small, local coffee shop with fast and friendly service! I really enjoyed their cookie butter latte for a lighter, buttery flavor and the peppermint mocha for the holidays. The liquid gold latte (with turmeric!) shocked me and I was pleasantly surprised at the unique, sweet flavor- do not knock it until you’ve tried it! They also have a mug club membership worth checking out and little pastries in the case, if you have a sweet tooth!

Extremely disappointed with this place lately. Today my coffee had 2 inches of foam on top so it was only filled half way, and this seems to be a trend. If I’m paying upward or $8 for coffee I want a full cup. I really do love this place and have been going for years but it seems to be losing its charm…

Very good fresh brewed coffee. I ordered iced oat milk mocha. It was fabulous. I will definitely be back.

The coffee, location, and overall vibes are good but — last time I went an employee was going on and on about stupid people and stupid customers, how it makes her want to off herself, and other very odd things to say in a customer facing job.

Tried one of their roasts and it was so good I bought a bag to make at home. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking for good coffee
