The only negative for me is I’m not a fan of most country music, and it was playing loudly on the patio.

We threw the best surprise party here on the patio last Friday!! The manager, chef, & all staff were incredible to work with throughout the entire process of planning a party for 100 guests. We were able to reserve the patio for a few hours, select our own items off the menu for the buffet, and were able to bring in our own cupcakes for dessert. It is clear the Pat O'Brien's team cares about their customers! They were very responsive, helpful, & attentive to our guests. We are SO happy we chose this restaurant! The food was phenomenal and we couldn't have better things to say about the team. They were incredibly friendly and everyone had a great time! We will be back and are so grateful for the staff and service!

Pat's has good food & a solid menu, which has specials and changes from time to time. Atmosphere is better outside than inside. The service is mostly good, but I HATE the pay at the table system.
I gave this a 4 star but it's closer to a 4.3 star.

Pat's is an institution, been going there since I was a kid and it's always been solid. Not tonight though. The 2 hostess sitting down on their phones looked annoyed that they had to stand up and seat me, without a word they walked me to the table and walked away. I almost felt bad for making them stand up to do their job, almost!
My server was awesome! The perch however was not as awesome as usual, instead of the light crispy breading it was thick and undercooked and the perch was very boney, something that is not usual there.
With all the new hot spots in the area they really need to step up their game and not rest on their laurels!!!!

Best food and service around. love the perch and cod,and you can't beat there all you can eat prime rib dinner on Monday. Tim and the kitchen staff rock what a crew. and the server's are awesome. there attention to detail is the best. And they do it with a smile. I've read some of the negative reviews and there totally wrong. Must be from of bunch of picky people with nothing better to do then criticize businesses. No buddy is perfect,but I've been going to pat Obriens for 40 plus years now, and the food coming out of that kitchen is almost flawless. And some of the best food anywhere. At very fair prices. So to all those negative nellys out there, get a life. and if you can do better, strap on an apron and show them better. Seriously this place cares about the food they serve and the service they provide. Nobody is perfect, but there as close as you can get.

We brought some friends that had never been here before and since I rave about the perch that’s what we all ordered.
