New worker gave me half the size of the sub I was suppose to get, never received a sub this small before. Went in to try to replace it and was told that is how it is now was not allowed to get a replacement. I’ve been coming here since it was open and have never had a problem like this… Think this is my last time going here for good. THIS IS NOT A SMALL SUB

I don’t know why I waited so long to try this place. Unbelievable. I had The Tourist 12” and it was packed with meat. It had to have been more like a 14” sub tbh. Careful, it was like holding lava. The fries were fresh, crispy, and they gave me a huge portion. My wife got the Philly Special, only the 6” and had to save a portion for later. Don’t think about it, order it.

We have ordered from here two times before and the meal was good. But today, it was exceptional…(flavor, cooked just right and presentation nice!!) our pizza and sub. I did notice the crew today was not the original two that were there the last two times I picked up my orders. I even called and personally thanked them how great the food was today all around. Thank you

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the owner who was very responsive and apologetic.

I hate leaving negative Google reviews especially since I know the food here is great, but the service is ? the first time I went, the service was slow, but understandable. I just tried going again and was skipped over in line. Before leaving a review, I tried calling to speak with someone and the manager gave no explanation, half an apology, and then hung up on me.

So saw this on fb and wanted to try. We went on Sunday at 1130am. For the $16 a sandwich this was on the better end. The steak was real (not steak um). You got enough toppings and they were fresh (mushrooms onions and green peppers). And the cheeses were good. My only reserve was the meat wasn't seasoned enough. Maybe cause it was first thing in the morning but once I had added seasoning it was excellent. We had the original Philly and the tourist and got a pizza for my 11 yr old son. The pizza was very good but only one size. The sauce was a bit sweet for me but when we ate it a bit later (cold pizza) the sweetness wasn't so bad. It cost $50 for 2-12" sandwich and the 1 pizza. So for the price it's about average for other steak sandwiches but I like the fact that I can get cheese whiz on it ? will be going back as they have options for pickles on the pizza but lack of sauce options (like a ranch base or garlic white sauce). Worth trying definitely ...

Absolutely the best cheese steak sandwiches. Way better than all the other places. 3rd time there and tried the double smash burger. Hand down the best burger I've ever had! Now I'm going to have to get both because they're so good I won't be able to decide. That's a lunch and dinner day at Philly's original now!

Dalessandro’s? Angelo's? John's Roast Pork? Philly's Original has them beat, wit Cooper Sharp no less. And the cheese fries, wow. This place is fantastic.

I was in the mood for some chilly steak sub and boy did Philly’s come correct. We ordered an original philly sub and steak fries along with an order of egg roles! The fries were nice and crispy with a proper crunch! The steak and mushroom’s was a wonderful welcomed surprise within the fries. As this was an elevated version of chilli cheese fries(a Detroit staple). The sweet smokey chili garlic sauce for the eggrolls was a nice touch and gave a goood mouth feel. The cheese steak sub, messy and soft with all the cheesy fixins. Will definitely be going back in a few weeks. No complaints.

Service was 3/5, only because I was sitting there waiting for the food for a while before the gentleman handed me my bag. Probably had to wait an unnecessary 15 min.

Im am a new SCS resident. We have ordered from here twice now. It’s the absolute best!! Everything we ordered was amazing.
We have had pizza, Philly, cheesesteak, french fries, breadsticks, and a burger.
