Shogun Japanese and Chinese Bistro

So not recommend very very nasty ! Food tasted burnt and the cook got mad at me and my family because we told him the food wasn’t good never again will i ever go to this place

Hair in my food it’s usually good and only gave me 15% off my next meal instead of remaking it over

Arrived a little after 9 pm, took waitress forever to great the table, and to bring out drinks. Cup had a leak in it and took the waitress over 10 minutes to bring napkins. The water was almost in my lap. Didn't get the chef to the table til after 10 pm. Chef was not engaging at all, over cooked shrimp, and was not listening to other customers at the table who asked him if he could not mix the chicken and shrimp because he couldn't eat shrimp. The food was ok once done, but overall, it was the worst service I have ever had. I will not go back to this Shoguns in St. Clair Shores will continue to go on Hall Road. The staffing here needs to do better. Plus, it automatically added 18% gratuity to the bill for bad service, DO BETTER.

They need more combination options or offer any of there menu options in combination like other Chinese restaurants came for Chinese not hibachi

Food was good!!! me and my best friend loved the food. The workers and cooks were quick and efficient. prices weren’t bad. The purple rain drink was 🔥 didn’t take a pic but will most definitely get that again. 10/10 i recommend this place

I eat here often but this last time u guys seriously lacked flavored and all my shrimp had poop in it!!! As much as the rice cost alone my shrimp should be deveined !! I shouldn’t see any poop. Come on now!

I have gone to Shoguns for many years! Today I took my 9 yr. old for the 1st time on her b-day. Very kind staff. Best service & food! LOVE Shogun!

They do NOT care about allergy requests! There is ALWAYS an issue when I order here where my food is incorrect and has items I specified I could not have, and I end up being unable to eat my meal.

Be careful ordering here if you have allergies.

My wife and I ordered sweet and sour chicken and boneless almond chicken. My wife's chicken was so over cooked she couldn't bite through it or cut through it. She threw it in the trash. My chicken looked like the frozen chicken nuggets we get at Sam's club. Piled in a box with 3 small green pepper pieces and 6 small pineapple pieces. The sauces were on the side and all the eggrolls were overcooked. We ordered at 4PM so it wasnt busy. We will not be going for dinner or ordering out from here again. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.

I tell you that this restaurant transmits an atmosphere of peace and harmony, you can share a meal with friends or families and believe me, you will have an incredible time. The super attentive workers. I really recommend them 100%

Terrible experience found a bug in my soup and they acted like it was a bug then the lady went on to serve other guests the same soup. I spoke with someone and as we were talking the waitress tried to pick up the napkin before I could take a picture of it but that was the first thing I did. Check you’re food!!!
