Got my order after trainee was moved away for the trainer to take over. The trainee said “that’s what she asked for” No one called my name when my order was ready and placed on the counter. Not friendly staff as compared to other locations!

The older lady seems like she hates her job and doesn’t want to help you and doesn’t make the coffee how she’s supposed to, it’s bad enough this location sucks inside a grocery store
Only one person working. She is only working on pick up orders. I'm first in line at 10 am and still not helped over 10 min later.

Ms. Kim is a well oiled machine, she’s clean and doesn’t have you waiting forever to be serviced. She’s polite and completes everything within a timely manner given how the crowds come in aside from the mobile orders. She definitely deserves recognition!!

Went to the Starbucks inside the Kroger and Saint Clair Shores, stood there 10 minutes was not acknowledged, not even once. There was 2 ladies working behind the counter getting drinks for 2 people don't know what the hold up was. I will not be back
