Sometimes I'll look at the receipt and see they charge me extra but some of the employees are decent I'll order a meal and I'll put it all separate so it's more expensive which I find kind of strange but some of the employees are very sweet and the food is good

My order was sent here by mistake. Well thank you! I am so happy with this locations service and food. What a joy staff was happy and friendly. The store was clean. I will be back. Parking is a bit stressful. Giant trucks in tiny lot I cant believe the lot is so small for SCS that is crazy! I will park on street to get the great service. Next time I will be prepared

I had a very bad experience and I will never go there again. I came in at 5pm on December 4th just to grab 1 sub. I wasn't greeted nor was I told it would be a wait. I'm there 5 minutes and the lady finally says if it's not an online order it's going to be a minute because we have online orders to complete first. So I ask what does a minute mean and she says awhile. She completed 5 online orders for people who wasn't there yet. Only one person was there before me for an online order. I don't understand why I was told to wait for the online orders to be completed when I was there in person. That's bad customer service. She was extremely rude. It was 2 of them and she made the young guy help her fix orders. She never gave me eye contact nor did she apologize or even say have a good day. I waited 20 minutes and my food wasn't even fresh.
