I had a very bad experience and I will never go there again. I came in at 5pm on December 4th just to grab 1 sub. I wasn't greeted nor was I told it would be a wait. I'm there 5 minutes and the lady finally says if it's not an online order it's going to be a minute because we have online orders to complete first. So I ask what does a minute mean and she says awhile. She completed 5 online orders for people who wasn't there yet. Only one person was there before me for an online order. I don't understand why I was told to wait for the online orders to be completed when I was there in person. That's bad customer service. She was extremely rude. It was 2 of them and she made the young guy help her fix orders. She never gave me eye contact nor did she apologize or even say have a good day. I waited 20 minutes and my food wasn't even fresh.
Most locations have remodeled, very nice!This is my favorite location! Clean, friendly, always have what I want. Bread, add ons ! This isn’t just now, it’s been over a year now! Great location!!Vegetarian options: There are all kinds of veggies to pick from, tuna too. Instead of sun get it in a bowl!Dietary restrictions: This the type of place where you can get it YOUR way if you are following a special program or have restrictionsKid-friendliness: A young girl came in with her mm and she picked out what SHE wanted.
