The only reason this is five stars is to not negatively affect the employees.
You guys have one person always working. What happens if they can not use the restroom?? What happens if someone comes in and threatens the employee? Where is the manager? Why can the manager not staff this location properly? That is their job. Why is the manager not working and covering shifts? I am very disappointed in whoever manages this location. The employee working does a wonderful job and deserves the help to be fully staffed and a functional location.

Food is always good, only two workers on duty but one working at a time ??? The other took off?? So service was a bit slow!
I ordered a steak sub. Took it to work. The meat was tough. The 6 inch looked smallercthan 6inch. I measured it. It was 5 inch. Got robbed

I would have given 5 stars, but wow was it hot inside the sub shop. If I can make a suggestion.....turn on the AC. Other than that, the food & service was excellent.
I would not recommend going to this place if you want a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. For starters, the lady that served us had a slick and rude demeanor which made us feel extremely unwelcomed. While working with another customer, she acknowledged our presence but failed to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. After a long moment she finally completed the other customers order, once it was our turn we tried to order the footlong cookie, and of course she said it was out of stock. Even though the menu had no markings or signs to indicate it was temporarily unavailable. Obviously this was disappointing, as we began to leave the lady had a smug grin on her lips as if she found our frustration amusing. Not to mention, she didnt even attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. All things considered, do not go here.
