I have never had any problems with this subway until today. My mama ordered food from here yesterday, and when I went to eat my sub, I couldn't cause it had hair in it. But had to wait until today seeing as though they were closed at the time. then they tell me it's nothing they can do when she don't have a receipt when the girl who rang her up remembered doing so but still they did nothing and made it seem like our fault the hair was in it cause we didn't have a receipt smh not ordering here again not cool.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! This is the worst subway. I ordered a sub, and was charged for a sub. They won't give me my food (one six inch veggie) because they didn't get the order. I was CHARGED. They called their boss and I still couldn't get my one six inch sandwich that was paid for.
There was a very kind lady who helped me at the drive through today! She was very thoughtful and went above and beyond! I’m not sure what her name is, but she said she just started. Her kindness and compassion made my day!

Just sat in a drive thru for 15 minutes (no hyperbole whatsoever I looked at the receipt) without ever being checked on while my food sat on a counter getting cold. Really don’t like cold eggs. Abysmal service, had to actually honk my horn like a boomer for them to acknowledge my existence and I had already paid. I know it’s only Subway but I at least took pride in my work and offered discounts to unfairly treated customers when I worked in the sandwich industry.

Great staff, they are very helpful and friendly. The place looks clean. And the food is always good. Also I'll say I'm very happy they are one of the Subways that still carry Italian dressing.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I wanted a footlong chocolate chip cookie. The first question I asked was if they had the 12 inch cookies I was told yes by Danielle - person making the subs. I asked for the cookie first, Danielle said make the sandwich first. Ok so I ordered the 1st sub - made wrong, asked for the cookie with that order again Danielle said order your sandwich first. Ok... I ordered flat bread which in the past is ALWAYS toasted, I requested roasted chicken and provalone spinach, lettuce black olives. Danielle wraps the sub and I asked her if it was toasted? Danielle's response " I assumed you didn't want it toasted since you said lettuce & spinach and you have to request it"... ok fine I asked again for the footlong cookie.... her response "oh we are out of them". Why didn't Danielle say that the 1st time I asked for footlong cookie!!!! I am so upset at this time I paid for the order and when I get home the flat bread sub had cheese, spinach & lettuce NO CHICKEN AT ALL ON THE SUB...... The whole reason why I went to Subway was for the 12 inch cookie!!! NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, CLERK and POOR FOOD QUALITY!!!!!! Not to mention my little guy is very disappointed he didn't get a footlong cookie!!! Edit: called the store back to ask who the manager / owner is Danielle answered the phone I asked for the manager, Danielle said she not here. I asked for her name she said "Gail" I asked if "Gail works day shift" Danielle said yes . I thanked for the information & to have a good night. Daniele responded " have fun with that... byeeee"

I just left this Harper location. I have my twins in the backseat I was gonna share half my sandwich with them not only did the woman who helped us cut an individual piece for them, but she also made sure I got a piece of some cookie and even gave them their own cups of water. I did not ask her to do any of this, but she did it anyway. Exceptional, what a gem. Give her a raise!
