Do not go to this Taco Bell location. Every time I come to this location in the afternoon or at night the workers there are rude as hell. Snatch my money outta my hand and hand the food to me with attitude and cut me off mid ordering food to say “you done?” or “that’s it?”…obviously not, you cut me off mid saying my order to you.

If you are looking for fast food, this is the wrong place. If there's 4 cars in line, expect to wait 20 minutes if you want to eat quickly, I suggest finding your local Olive Garden. You could probably sit down and have a full meal and extra bread before you get your food at this location

This is the SLOWEST taco bell of all time. Now I know why I stopped coming here months ago. Ordered a drive thru pick up and there 4 cars in line. Took 25 min just to get to the window and then I waited another 20 at the window for my food. I've had quicker experiences at sit down steak restaurants than this taco bell. Never again.

I stopped by this Taco Bell (Harper & Martin Rd, St. Clair Shores) expecting a quick bite, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Despite only three cars being ahead of me in the drive-thru, I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order. That’s beyond slow, especially for fast food. When I finally got my food 55 minutes later, it was cold, and my chalupas barely had any beef. Definitely not worth the wait.
While waiting inside, I noticed a young girl, maybe around 10 years old, loudly FaceTiming her friends and talking about how someone was “on sight” and would be “taken care of.” She mentioned names like Jack and Felicia, which was a bit odd, but even stranger was how she was talking over everyone in the lobby. Meanwhile, customers who had been waiting patiently were being scolded by the staff just for having conversations while they waited for their food.
Overall, this visit was disappointing. The wait time was excessive, the food quality was poor, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. I’d recommend choosing a different location if you’re looking for better service and a smoother experience.

The workers were either playing craps or shooting a private video because there was literally no one at the window for 5+ minutes. And then when the worker showed up, boy was he out breath. Fast forward to all of my food just thrown in a bag, hardly attempted to wrap any food.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the entire county they can't even make a small line move fast even very basic orders take them 10 minutes to make I've worked for a Taco Bell I could knock out their entire line by myself in the time it takes them to make the one order I placed
This is the only taco bell that I've been to in quite a while that actually got everything right. The young lady at the window was super friendly and fun. The food was hot and packaged neatly. There was just the right amount of ingredients in each item to give you the best taco bell experience. They should have this store train all other taco bell employees because 9 times out of 10 its a horrible experience.

Pretty sure a worker had a seizure while standing there, a white lady (same lady didn't seem to care if the other worker had a seizure) with blonde hair was rude as can be, they gave me the wrong change so I said something she just kept yelling from the other side that's your change, I kept saying it's wrong, she just said that's your change. She never left the spot to come look to see what was going on, just a nasty mood for her. The one lady up front who was just on her lunch was so nice and joyful. She made up for the nasty mouth lady.
