I go here all the time, and usually no mistakes, but last night they put meat on the veggie Mexican pizza I ordered and I’m vegetarian so I couldn’t eat it. I went back in with the receipt, but they wouldn’t give me a replacement pizza without bringing the pizza in which I realized I’d thrown away. I go there all the time, and wasn’t lieing. I’m upset I got home and couldn’t eat my pizza and had to waste it and was given a difficult time about getting a replacement without charge.

THANK YOU for having hot delicious food for me in the middle of the night😭 I am so serious y'all are the only place that does. Management listen to me right now. Y'all need to PAY YOUR NIGHT CREW APPROPRIATELY & Also hire MORE PEOPLE. I waited a half hour last night. Which me personally I'm ok with at this point, because y'all are literally the only place with good hot food at this hour every night in this entire tri county area from my late shift job to my home. I will wait a half hour. But I see SO many people driving away.!! Because it's sooo slow!! Y'all are LOSING MONEY.. y'all better protect & support your overnight crew I'm so serious!! We swing/graveyard shift peoples exist & we be HONGRY❤️

This is the slowest location in the area. Staff are rude, and they frequently forget items from orders.
Waited 40 minutes for 6 tacos, only saving grace was employee asked me what I was waiting for. The food was horrible. Tacos were broken and stuck to wrapper. I would never go back.

I can appreciate them trying to stay open 24/7 since there is no other taco bell open all day and night. However, the late night service hours has started to suck since this transition. And the early hours service at 3am and later is absolutely horrendous. I have been several times during these hours and the wait for food is 15-20 mins PER CAR. Insane. And my visits were spaced out, and i thought maybe service had gotten better and kinks sorted out, nope. Went this morning around 2am, cars were leaving out of the line because of the wait. 24/7 is not easy to do and clearly they cannot do it. Idk if it is a staffing issue or what, but it's not working out. I would rather them close at 3 or 4 and still receive good service than have them stay open 24/7, stretch the employees thin, and then give us terrible service.

One day I come to Taco Bell and order nuggets. With bell sauce cuz they didn't have honey mustard. Next day I ordered same thing, but they ran out of bell sauce. So I had to get ranch. Wtf. I should stock up on sauces. Duh. Mgmt sucks.
