I come in here often, and the staffm especially the male in the mornings is very rude. After messing up my order two times in a row and was furthermore rude about it, i ended up taking the incorrect coffee the second time. Additionally, I went in today for a cold brew and it is absolutely terrible -- it tastes like a weeks old coffee and is totally undrinkable. I will no longer be grabbing coffee from Tim Hortons and will be taking my business to better coffee found elsewhere like Eos or Starbucks.

every single worker I have interacted with at this location is rude. I go here every once in a while because it’s convenient and every time I go, I am treated with nothing but disrespect. It does not matter the time of day that I go, they are always mean and get even more rude if you want anything more than a coffee. The product received is always wrong or gross. I have never had a good experience here. Do yourself a favor and go to one of any of the other 1,000 Tim Hortons in macomb county. Don’t give this place your money.

Saw a big lady come out of the store and come up to a car and start screaming at a young girl who looks like a minor. Went inside 5 mins later to find out the lady screaming works there. Very unprofessional.

Do not eat here. Horrible management. Specifically Rydia, who screams in peoples faces. Employee had covid and owner told them to work anyway. Machines are moldy, bakers don’t wash their hands, employees are doing drugs in the bathroom and then serving food without washing hands. Horrible and disgusting place all around.

Everytime I order from this Tim Hortons, my order is messed up. I went though the drive thru to pick up my order, and was asked to pull ahead and wait. Why? All I ordered was an ice capp and a doughnut. The worker then came out and started ranting about where I parked. All he had said was to pull ahead near the doors. That's what I did. I shouldn't have had to wait for such a small order, which included the wrong doughnut. The service here used to be nice, but they are outright rude now. I will never go back to this location.

I just moved to the neighborhood this week, and thought I would give this Tim Horton's a try. I don't go to Tim Hortons often these days, because they have no good deals for the money. I went to their drive thru. Just as the previous review states about a month ago on Google Reviews, I had the same experience. The female at the drive thru was soooo rude. I am not sure if it had something to do with my skin color, but it sure felt that way. She rushed me at the drive thru, was not helpful at all when I said I don't go to Tim's often , so I didn't understand how it worked. I said I didn't know where the sides were on the menu, she offered no information. I had to ask if a donut was a side? She was short in her answer. I could hear women chattering thru the speaker. I got to the window and 3 females were just huddled there scowling at me. NO I am serious! I tried to be nice, and asked the girl if she was having a good day or a bad day. She just stared very dirty at me, "it's ok" she said. RUDE! I was trying to be nice to the people serving me a extremely gross steak and cheddar panini, a small ice cap with an extra shot of expresso and a donut. A meal should be a lot better quality, with a lot better service for $13!!!!!! This was today about 11:50 am, December 6, 2024 if management is interested in terminating your drive thru girl. You just lost a good customer. AND please, stop putting your tip cups in the window. I work as a server for extra money, and make $3 and some change hourly. They don't deserve tips with their wages, and pour service. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Great customer service & my coffee is always fresh!
First of all the girl who took my order was super rude and impatient, she barely let me get out my order and kept asking me after every item if I was finished. I ordered an old fashion dip donut, she did not inform me they don't serve those at this location, I pulled up, paid and got my order and when I noticed that my donut wasn't in the bag I asked them about it and she VERY rudely told me they don't serve those here, how was I supposed to know? She never warned me once, just told me to pull up. Now usually I don't complain about stuff like this, life goes on, but she was just so rude and impatient that I just had to say something. I try to be as friendly as I can be and for her to be so outright basically mean was super surprising to me, I just said "Ok," and drove off. I totally get being busy and stressed for sure, but her attitude was inexcusable. No one there was particularly friendly but she was the worst. I will not be coming back to this location, sorry.
But hey at least the donuts I DID get were super tasty.

I'll drive 2 miles away where there is some customer service. CANT BELIEVE THIS IS IN ST CLAIR SHORES! TIM HORTONS SHOULD DO BETTER!!

They have a open 24 hours sign, I pulled up around 6am and was told they are not open yet. I actually stop by there before work often, but not anymore, it very inconvenient and misleading.

Not to bad my sandwich was wrong I don’t eat egg but it was on there after I said no egg and they didn’t have any hash browns the cashier was a lot rude but I’ll chalk it up to having a bad day
