There's an older woman manager that works here that is just antagonistic, rude and crazy. I watched her stick her finger in a young kids face and scold her for how she made a sandwich. I'm a manager at another company and would never speak to an employee like she did. The woman in front of us was overcharged for her sandwich because the manager refused to remove egg from a sandwich on the menu and give her the sandwich for the same price. I wanted to get some gift cards and she refused payment because I wanted to use debit card. I went to Starbucks instead because of how this person acted. Go to one of the local coffee shops in the city they at least are happy to have the business.

Don’t even bother selling gift cards if you think everyone is out to steal from you. Sit in line and waste your time. At least put a sign on the door or something.
It’s 2024 people are not walking around with cash anymore. Went to Starbucks instead and had no issues. You lost multiple sells.

There have been several mornings now where the staff refuses to open the doors, forcing all customers through the drive thru. It’s currently 7:53 AM EST, staff sees several people attempt to open the doors and ignore them.

Why not hand hot coffee to a cusetomer ?? I ordered a dark roast double/double and the coffee is at 80 degrees out the drive thru window....why even put the protection sleeve on the cup ? I have a better chance of winning the Megamillions than getting burnt by your coffee. Lukewarm disappointment.
I think I will only go to a Tim Horton's in Ontario from now on.
DO NOT GO HERE! THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. I tried to place an order and their screen/mic wasn’t working so I drove up to the window after waiting for about 5 minutes and repeatedly speaking wondering if someone was going to answer. I figured maybe something happened and orders were being placed at the window. The incredibly rude woman with glasses then told me I had to go back in line and wait again because they didn’t hear me speaking to the mic for 5 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window- thinking I needed to place my order there! All I wanted was a coffee and I indicated she could surely place it at the window but the rude staff refused. Here is a helpful tip- if you can’t be nice working in the service industry then DON’T DO IT!!!

The donuts are what you expect from Tim Horton but majority of the employees who work this location (at least weekend shift) are rude. So much so that my 5 & 7 year olds ask me why they seemed so mean after we leave - which says a lot. Much better service at the harper woods location.

Stale hard bagel and it was bought in the morning not like it was sitting there all day. The lady on the drive through window was rude !! Didn’t get a receipt so can’t call corporate to reference who specifically was the rude one. Won’t ever go back.
