Tony J's Bar and Grille

Went on a busy Tigers opener and had to park on the street, parking lot was full. Nice drink specials and wait staff got to us fast considering how crowded it was. Ordered an Italian calzone and a Philly Cheese Steak calzone and they were delicious. Had we knew how big they were we would have ordered one and split it, but we have lunch for tomorrow. Good experience all the way around at Tony J’s. 😋

We patronize this place a lot, as it's close to our house and Music in the park. The food and service are good, even though lately it seems there is only one waitress for the whole place indoor/outdoor) regardless of what day of the week or event. Tonight the owner came to sit with a family that were sitting right next to us. The owner is very loud and opinionated. As an owner, you should never sit amongst your customers and talk politics, tell people that even though you're an American citizen you will always think with your Chaldean brain because you're smarter for it. Speak of how men should always have a higher degree than women and make more money than they do. Basically, he couldn't stop talking about how smart he and his family are, yet everything out of his mouth was opinionated and may have been offensive to someone. I thought as a business owner you're trying to make money, not lose it?

please tell your waitress Liz to put some pants on. underwear and tights are not appropriate for a neighborhood bar. how gross. we will never be back again. good luck

This place is AWESOME love the area off Jefferson. I love the food the drinks are strong lol me and my bestie are always looking for a chill place to wind down after a long day at work very grown up atmosphere we will be back

Pizza and salad were very good. Confusion between the waitresses as to who our server would be left us sitting for quite some time before our order was taken. Otherwise good overall.

Tried to call to place one of the carry out specials & the lady said we don’t have those. I said well its on your website & shes like well i can ring you up for it all but it’ll be more. I said nevermind then & then she hung up right away, Rude customer service & maybe don’t have carryout specials on your website so people don’t call and ask about them!!
