They do have great sliders, but the service sucks. After putting in our order, we waited 40 to 45 minutes for our order, finally we had to get up and leave. I don't think that my wife and I will be going there again

Travis is your classic “greasy spoon” diner. It has been a family favorite for us, for 3 generations. Their burgers and fries are the best!
We no longer live in the Shores but always make a Travis run when we are in the area!

Every time I go there they're always so pleasant and friendly. Never takes me long to get my carry out orders. Keep up the good work to the staff there.You guys are amazing.

Nothing worst than soggy fries that are not hot ! Burger buns that are hard and stale! The cooks were complaining about the buns and they were still serving them And don't want to miss about the server with red hair vaping behind the counter!!!! Will be a long time if I even go back there again.

A week ago, I carried out a 6 pack of sliders. While I was eating the burger I was thinking something was missing, and then my said out loud, "there's no onions." I called the restaurant and they said bring back the uneaten burgers (2), and they would replace them. Really? I have to go back to the restaurant only to receive two sliders even though they verified they provided me with the wrong order. Good customer service would have provided me with the 6 pack of cheese sliders and an apology.
