Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love Tropical Smoothie and have been getting it for years!! It was the “hot” treat in high school. LOL. This location is clean and quick and easy to pick up order ahead. They also went out of their way to recreate my long gone Triple Berry Oat smoothie which I loved dearly!! I usually will get the Bahama Mama though now. Overall, great location.

The smoothie is watery, and it tastes like just literally like banana flavored ice

Service is especially fast if you order using their app. Employees are friendly, my food/drinks are always made accurately, & taste good. This is a well run store. I highly recommend the kiwi quencher smoothie.

I think they don't put the correct measurements of ingredients in the smoothies.

I LOVE the mixed berry yogurt bowl and usually get doordash. Tonight I went in and the woman was so informative and told me all about the other smoothies. Very enthusiastic. I'm glad I went in!

I called and ordered a carry out, staff was so accommodating for us! Then when I got home I realized they accidentally forgot to give us some of our order. I called and they were so kind about it, when we picked up the other food they gave us mini footballs because they remembered we had kids. Excellent service and the kids love the toys. Thank you!

Recently I made a Tropical Smoothie order through DoorDash and it was incomplete and before I could even call the store, April had left me a message and went above and beyond to help me out. Give this gal a raise because she was on top of her stuff! Huge thank you to her.

This location is the absolute best. Great customer service, clean/welcoming atmosphere, and everything made and even delivered is fresh and fast. You would be wise to order from this store.

I really like this location, usually friendly staff and good service. Yesterday (Sunday 3/23) I did not have a good experience. The staff was not friendly and my food was just thrown at me. Please do better, I’m so sick of customer service sucking everywhere.

I love the staff they’re so friendly! The veggie hummus wrap 10/10! The only location I go too! Always in and out and never a bad meal or smoothie!

My order was accurate! Staff were friendly and smoothies tasty! There are plexiglass barriers still in place from Covid around the counter. The place is loud from the blenders so I wouldn’t want to sit inside for very long but the inside was clean.

Update: the link Tropical Smoothie asked me to use to discuss the issue further did not work......smh....
Just ordered from here.... Everyone got their smoothies before we got ours, even people who ordered after us. The person making the smoothies saw us standing there after she had made every last smoothie ordered. At this point, no one was in the store and she wouldn't even look at us or ask us what we were waiting for. When I said "excuse me" to ask about our smoothie, she still did not look at us and another employee came over to find out what the issue was. The person had put our smoothie in the fridge, thinking it was a pick-up order, but, never asked us what we needed (again, there was not one single person remaining in the store at that point, yet, there we were, standing there for some reason....). Do better, please.
