I went to the 13 and harper store and I Had The worst experience ever! The guy on the phone told me 10-15 minutes for my order. I get there a little after the 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes! I get my order & went to take a sip of my pink lemonade and It wasn't in my bag! So I call, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. When he answered my call I explained that I didn't get my drink, I'm almost home, ill stop in Tomorrow to pick it up, he then asks for my address! The quality of the food is nothing like the picture. The portions are smaller. The prices are all different depending on what store. They need call waiting or an easier way to order online. make it alittle easierbon the staff maybe they would be nicer to the customers.
