This was my first visit to this location, as I do not live in the area and was in the neighborhood on business. I noticed it was open promptly right at 11am as posted and I was greeted immediately by two friendly employees. The gentleman took my order and the food was prepared quickly. Honestly, no joke this was one of the best Tubby's Steak, Cheese & Mushroom Subs I have had in a long time. The sandwich was hot, fresh, made exactly as requested and delicious. The establishment was small inside, but very clean and inviting. I will be sure to visit this location again when I an back on this side of Macomb County.

I haven't had a Philly Cheesesteak in over a year and this definitely Cheesesteak sandwich with Onion Rings definitely hit the spot. Sandwich was hot and fresh and the bread was so soft. Onion rings were tasty and cooked perfectly.
Recent price changes at this. Location & they never have carry out menus. One week the prices where acceptable then a few weeks later i went to this. location for 2 Subs out ranges prices $33.44.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was terrible! it tasted like fake chicken. I'm very disappointed and I won't be ordering any more sandwiches from them.

This location is amazing. There are two wonderful Women in here, Julie and Tracy... so friendly, so polite and professional. No issues at all inside... clean, presentable and very inviting. Here is why it is different at this location... the area that surrounds it, is peaceful and pretty. The food was very good, it tasted like a Mushroom Steak and Cheese should! Not all dripping through the bun like it does at other locations!! Recommend!!! Drive to Harper and 8 1/2 mile, you'll see why I recommend it.

Ordered a jumbo with sub and didn’t receive it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I was told that the bread was larger and that is why the meat didn’t reach to the end of the bun.
