WaterMark Bar and Grille

For the record, I have called multiple times this week to try to speak to someone about the situation and no one has returned my phone call and I keep getting excuses from the hostess. I was with my family out to eat last week to celebrate me starting to feel better. I had just finished a long battle of chemo and breast cancer treatment. The server we had kept referring to me as buddy, and sir. Yes, I’m bald and do not have a chest but it’s because I have breast cancer. You should really teach your staff sensitivity training to be more aware of what’s going on at the tables. It totally destroyed and ruined my evening, and to be frank. It ruined my whole week. I don’t know if he was doing to be funny, but I hope to God he wasn’t. Please have your staff try better. Especially in circumstances or somebody is incredibly sick looking and has no hair. Just do the right thing and just. Just say Hi, how are you. Or here’s your food. my three daughters that were with us because I knew their was so heartbroken. Also, this could’ve all been avoided being put on blast if somebody would’ve returned my phone call since I’ve left two messages now. It just really makes me sad… I will definitely not be returning.

Great service from the hostess to the chefs behind the scene, our waiter was very attentive his recommendations were spot on. This was not my first visit to this establishment and every-time they always have the same service and product. Great place to visit and dine.

Excellent service and meals. Was a Birthday dinner for our Daughter and everyone couldn't have been nice. Exceptional, really. Thanks!!

Don't have a Sunday brunch if it's done half-heartedly. Food portions were small, served lukewarm and both orders of Eggs Benedict came without Hollandise sauce. Bloody Mary was watered down. We've been here many times before but we will never return for Brunch again. Very disappointed.

The place is beautiful and right by the water so the ambiance is relaxing. The staff is friendly and kind and service was fast. The food was not good. We received food that was either old or outdated and had a strange smell so they definitely need to work on their quality control. Other than that our experience was good.

Igloo could've been warmer, had to eat with coats on, the restaurant ran out of the food we wanted so was forced to get something else, wasn't accommodated for that, couldn't even get a birthday dessert, felt like we were getting rushed out. Food was 6/10. Server Ken was very nice tho❤️

Waitress was amazing. We sat out on the patio in the igloos in winter time and we were warm. Food was great we had lamb chops and the lemon chicken ravioli, both were amazing. Food was pricey but it was worth it due to the great portion sizes.

The food and services were excellent! Large variety food. If you can't find something you like, you have no taste! Had a very entertaining band! Our server Jacob took great care of us and was helpful with suggestions.

Enjoyed our meal as always. Would have liked a little more attention on the drinks but it was ok. We really like the watermark.

The experience was a lot of fun and the service was great. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the heater inside the igloo did not have a strong enough blower. I would recommend it!

Five of us that are current/ex co-workers met up at the “Watermark” because we’ve heard great things about it. It didn’t hurt that we use to work with one of the owners son. Hey George. Well, the atmosphere on a Friday evening at 5:00 was great. The place is absolutely beautiful, the music was nice, the ambience was sexy, the staff oh so friendly & the food (also the portion) were ridiculous. I had enough for dinner & lunch the next day. I ordered a plate to go & ate for 1 1/2 days. The place is CRAZY GOOD. I can’t say enough (no they didn’t give us a discount to sing their praise even though I think George should have bought us a drink) at least me ?. Serious tip: It’s worth it!!!!!! Gotta go back.

Had carry out on Sunday Oct 20. Perch dinner with bake potato, no butter- sour cream. Salad was half container ( not full serving) the chicken fajitas tasted exactly like Chicken stir fry. Asked for no dairy what so ever. Cheese was mixed in with iceberg lettuce, the chopped tomatoes were sparse. Very disappointed. $50 + for dinner not worth it.

Dietary restrictions: When customer tells person on phone, no dairy, no sour cream. Dairy allergy, should not be problem
