The good is edible. The interaction with the woman at the window (drive through) was tolerable, not unacceptable, just meh.... I only had to ask for dipping sauce at the order board, when I paid, and again when I realized that it wasn't in the bag. The atmosphere is NOT good! It's very, VERY dark all around the property and I think it's by design bc from the pavement to the roofline it's as filthy as a scrapyard. That may sound harsh but trust me, my description is pretty accurate. So amongst other things that I ordered one of the items was a ten piece crispy nuggets. That's what I paid for that's what I expected, but I got a nine piece. Not cool. Also, never was I offered a receipt. So this was my first experience at this particular Wendy's, and I can promise you it'll be my last. Note to owner/management I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is when your exterior is as trifling as that.

Very friendly, but no Coke or Dr. Pepper in the soda machine, no ketchup, and no bacon on my bacon burger. (I forgot I ordered bacon until I looked at the receipt.) Customers hanging out. Looks like somebody threw up in the men's bathroom sink. Kind of a mess at this location.

This location is a joke. 30 min wait just about everytime. The person on the register never knows how to use it. And at least 50% of the time I either get someone else’s order or there are stuff missing

8:45am and the doors are locked. Lady in the drive-through is rude and can tell she don’t enjoy her job. Like lady put a smile on.
Drive thru line was long so thought it would help by going inside to order. Couldn’t have been more wrong! Waited 30 minutes for a 4pc nugget and small fry……. front of house staff NEED more training. Seemed like they had no idea what they were doing…. manager was doing nothing to help the customers in the lobby.

Sat in the drive thru line forEVER because they claimed to be extremely busy, meanwhile there’s NO customers in the front of the house and the drive thru line was at a stand still for like 25 whole minutes, not counting the other 25 minutes that they were actually taking orders at all, if few and far between. I know these employees are messing around in the kitchen and not doing their job, I get that you're paid minimum wage but that means you should be putting at least MINIMAL EFFORT towards the job. Instead the entire drive thru line left while I was stuck waiting on a mobile order I couldn’t cancel while these employees took all the time in the world to not do their job and pass it off as being “extremely busy” as if I don’t have anything better to do than wait for you all to be done socializing to even bother to attempt to do your job. Never coming back here again. Would give negative stars if I could.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. This place is bold. To not give me a sandwich the first time and then not even give me the correct sandwich the second time. You will not be getting my service or tips anymore. Peace out ✌️

Place is a joke, never ever get the order right. Always a 30 minute line at 5:00 on Thursday. Drive thru attendant is rude as can be. Why do I continue to torture myself with this place?
