This place has gone to hell with terrible management and workers. Nobody greets you when waiting and no sense of urgency to serve the customer with speed and accuracy. I even witnessed a walk in order have the wrong items. My pickup order was not ready even when it was nearly 30 minutes since I placed the mobile order. I wanted to save time so I could get back to work and instead of 15 minutes there and back it took 40 minutes. To top it off my food was cold, even the chilli which is usually super hot.

Horrible Wendy's!
Walk in, workers just wandering around aimlessly. When the worker does come to the counter, mumbles the entire time and I could not understand a word he said.
Ordered my Son of Baconator PLAIN, so he literally deletes everything on the burger, another person comes over and asks what I wanted in my burger, I literally had to EXPLAIN A PLAIN BURGER AS BUN, BURGER, CHEESE, BACON...BLANK STARES FROM BOTH WORKERS! The second worker stares at the screen and surprised says...OH I THINK HE JUST WANTS WHATS ON THE PLAIN BUTTON!
Proceed to order the tangerine lemonade that they had a huge poster of next to the counter...BLANK STARE from the worker again, he had to go ask the woman worker that helped find the PLAIN button what that was, she ASKS ME WHERE I SAW IT? Had to point to the poster and they stand confused once again and the woman walks off, comes back and angrily hits the button.
Nearly 20 minutes for a 3 item order, fries cold, drink was a ton of, I can hope was tangerine syrup, tasted like pure sugar and ice.
Signs on door stating NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AND NO BUS RIDERS CAN WAIT FOR BUS...I used the restroom, toilet was full if tissue, and someone just went on top of it and throws more tissue on top of their business. Floor was drenched in urine and wet toilet tissue.
Dined in and random homeless looking woman walks in, begins screaming profanities to whoever she was on her phone with. Entire time I am trying to eat, she screams and no one behind the counter cares.
Food and wrappers all over the floor and tables were filthy.
Now I understand why this location has few parked cars and only a drive thru line of at best 3 cars ever when I drive by.
Food was tasteless other than the tri-color, sugar syrup, hopefully lemonade, and half a cup of ice which literally made me sick after I left.
I will never return to this location, but I recommend the HEALTH DEPARTMENT VISIT REGULARLY FROM NOW ON!!!
Manager of this location should be fired for incompetence!

It’s kind of like hitting the mystery box in CoD zombies, you never know what you’re going to get…. everytime I order the same thing, baconator meal. like 60% of the time I get some variation of a bacon burger, like it’s close… other times I get something entirely different. Today it was some kind of triple burger (crazy) with like tomatoes and onions and lettuce on it lol. Just not even in the ballpark and I think i had to say it twice too. 3 stars because the surprise can be fun. But taking away an additional star making it 2 because a triple burger shouldn’t even be on the menu, just big and greedy, nobody needs that.

I didn’t go. My husband went through the drive thru. He ordered the food for me. I barely go there cause I really don’t eat fast food at all. I can’t even remember the last time I eat fast food. I ordered an original chicken fried sandwich. That was always so good a nice thick Chicken breast sandwich it was a real chicken breast. It comes with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise and pickles. I forgot about the pickles. I just took them off myself. The first bite I took I was on no this isn’t the same thing. They changed the chicken. It sure it’s a real chicken breast anymore. I don’t even know how to explain it because I don’t eat anything like that, but it was mushy chicken patty that wasn’t even a patty. I couldn’t even eat it. I took another bite and spit it out.Don’t bother ordering it. I fries that they put salt on my husband specifically asked no salt on them. They put salt on them to make up for it they gave him a baby little kitty fry with no salt. Both of them tasted like they had salt on them. I don’t use salt at all. It wasn’t the young man in the drive-through fault he was very busy it was early Friday evening it was expected to be busy. My husband waited 35 minutes for our food in line in the drive through. The food was cold and the fries were hard and dried out. I’ll never go back there. $13 and change. Don’t waste your money

The staff today, or at least the morning staff, are a new level of incompetent. I placed an online order at 10:06. I got there at 10:30 or so, and they never even know I made an order until I got there and asked for it. Looks like they didn't even pull my ticket off the machine till I said something. Mind you, they weren't busy at all. It looked like no orders came in after mine and no on was in the restaurant or lot. I didn't get my food I ordered at 10:06 until like 10:45 or so. They didn't even at least apologize for not making my food till 10:30. Next time I want Wendy's I'll just drive to the one on 10 mile or something. Because that was just horrible.
