So I found out today (Wednesday) it is buy BOGO free when I was paying, after asking for my free one and stating I would come back to get it so I wouldn't hold others up I was told NO you can't get it today. We went back & forth on this until I asked to speak with a manager, she also told me I didn't mention it so I couldn't get it. After finally agreeing to the free coffee I was given the coffee by a VERY VERY sarcastic young lady she was calling me "sweetheart" saying I was beautiful in a belittling way over & over again. Absolutely horrible customer service.
So after having the coffee yesterday I wish I would NOT have got the free one. It was the most disgusting coffee I have ever had! I'll give a 0 (zero) for customer service.

Not a great experience. The magic milk cup was defective and was leaking from the seal all over our 3 year old. The hot carmel marvel didnt have carmel in it. I now have a 2 hour drive with 2 angry women in the car.

Never came in to a bigby before. Usually go to Starbucks and I did not have any idea what to get ladies suggested some butterscotch coffee. I can't even remember what it was called was absolutely delicious and the young lady at the window was definitely helpful. I'm not sure of her name, but it is 7:51 PM. I just left there and it is november 20th on a monday.

I've never had issues with my orders but if they are going to be discriminating against those with special needs I can find food elsewhere...
I'm always a fan of stopping here. I had an iced Mint Mocha with almond milk. I do not like coconut milk and can't handle the lactose. This is actually a super yummy drink! Can't wait to try to rest of the holiday drinks!
