I have been to many A&W’s and never had a problem. I have now been to this one twice and both times they “forgot” our order and I have waited 30+ minutes. The first time I figured it was a fluke but now it being twice I am convinced it is just VERY bad service. I will never be back here again.

Well, you can't win them all. Having never eaten at an A & W before, anticipation was extra high. Such a disappointment. Food was substandard, the wait took forever, and the atmosphere wasn't the best with too many people and not enough seats. I really wish it had been a better experience. Sadly, the best part was taking a pic with a questionable mascot bear.

The burgers, cheese curds and root beer were phenomenal...the wait for it all, was NOT. We literally waited 42mn before being served...and we were THE ONLY CAR THERE. They blamed it on training someone new, but they did little to apologize or compensate for this huge waste of time. Definitely not fast food or the place you want to stop when you're getting on the freeway for a 3 hour drive.

Their food was hot and fresh! The serving sizes haven't changed at all and the price was right! Who doesn't like a AW float , fries, onion rings and a great burger.
Nothing like A&W root beer in a frosty mug from the restaurant. Much better flavor than can or bottle.

I used to really love coming to this A&W, but it has been on a steady decline over the last year or so. My last visit here was on 10/5/24. We sat inside since I had a trailer connected to my truck and couldn't pull into an outside dining spot. As we sat inside waiting on service, we watched 2 other tables get up and leave, making remarks about a long wait time. We sat for 10 minutes after pressing the bell to let them know we were ready to order. When I finally thought we were about to have our order taken, we watched the waitress take the orders of 2 other tables that had come in after us. As we were about to leave as well, our order was finally taken. The food didn't take too long to come out after that. The money dogs were good, but my wife's chicken tenders were very rubbery and luke warm at best. She only took a couple of bites before deciding that she wasn't going to eat them. After we paid the bill and left, about 10 minutes later, my wife was feeling sick from it. We've loved stopping here on our way home from up north for years. We had a good run, but I can't see us coming here anymore.
They are extremely friendly and understanding. Food is so tasty that it's become one of my favorite stops, especially for the fried mushrooms. Eating here is a whole new experience.

The hamburger was tasteless. The chili did not taste the same. The root beer was different. The staff was very unorganized. It was a favorite place to stop in the past. We dined in and got our roo beer in foam carrying out cups.

Went here mid day, was busy but found a spot pretty quick. Service was good and fast. We ordered deep fried mushrooms and onion rings these were really good. We also had the Coney dogs which were not good at all. For the price I would not go back.
