We go to this A & W every time we go up north. We have for years. We ordered 2 of the same meals. Burgers, fries, and rootbeers. After giving the server our orders for the meals, she said, " You want fries with that?" Well, yes. That's what the meal is. A few minutes later she brought our food, handed us the straws but said " the straws are in the bag. " ? she also mentioned that there were napkins in the bag. There were not. Luckily we had some in the truck from somewhere else. The food was hot & delicious, and although she was nice, she wasn't very bright. It could've been worse. Of course we'll go back. We know what to expect.

Poor workers are always overworked and understaffed but the girls are always nice. I wish they had better structure at this restaurant. It’s a location my in-laws and us use as a meet up spot for trading off the grandkids lmao
Yikes, where do I start? The place was gross— tables had very obviously not been wiped down after people had left, my shoes stuck on the floors in the bathroom, it just did not look nor feel clean. Next, as we sit down, order, and they bring our food and drinks out, 2 drinks were either the wrong drink or size, and I didn’t even get my food until I said something to the waitress. Once my food came out, the fries were cold. Now I don’t know about you but when I order food, you forget my food and have to go drop it, I expect it to be hot and fresh. Not sitting under a heat lamp for what seems like hours. It was just overall a bad experience and I will not be back.

Last few times I have been here my bun stale hard, missing the mustard, ice in my root beer - even tho I always ask "no ice please".. this place use to be a good place to eat with great servers. Not the last four visits.. good luck to you if you eat here.
