I only go to the location in Standish MI. They are consistently friendly the hot food is hot, the strawberry lemonade has real strawberry in it! On a non holiday weekend drive thru is quick and moves along.

Waiting in Line for 15 minutes I asked for a Turkey bacon ranch meal with aBrioche bun I said, just like how you used to have a turkey bacon club…and they gave me a pita and I don’t know what that is And towards the end of my ordered, I told the man something else and he said yeah we don’t have that wrap anymore but we can do this and I said no it’s not a wrap it’s a bun but I still get this wrap and I called and said they gave me some sort of wrap on a turkey bacon thing and they told me they don’t sell those. I said I don’t know what I’m looking at them and she sat there and didn’t say anything and then finally said she would replace it, but I didn’t have enough time cause I was on my lunch.

Arrived just before the lunch rush on a Friday. Hot, fresh food, except the curly fries seemed a little older. AJ, the team lead, was extremely energetic, friendly, and efficient. Dining area was clean and bright. Really like the sliders so you can have different items without getting over-full.

Holy cow! We stopped for a quick bite on the way up north and we were blown away by the great service and how fresh the food was! This is the best meal from arbys I have had in recent memory. The food was all fresh and hot, and we got it super quick. We will be stopping again!

Went here to get food and the manager Anna not sure if she gave me a real name but said it was Anna. She really doesn't treat her staff well or the customers either. I was missing 4 roast beefs from my order and stood there waiting for 20+ minutes till they cleared everyone else. My other fried food was cold and soggy. She was upset with the staff for my order but i watched and it was her fault not theirs. And obviously the people working grill don't like her cause she yelled at them for not writing roast beef on the sliders and they got mad. I Watch her get upset with a older lady for not getting a discount. I am not one to complain over a accident but she doesn't no how to manage she never even said sorry or nothing just attitude. I spent 65 dollars for cold soggy food. I definitely won't be back.
