We placed our order ahead on the mobile app and received our order after waiting 5 or so minutes. Neither my husband or I enjoyed our meals, our Burgers tasted like they were cooked directly on charcoal, and they were cold. I had also ordered a Sunday and didn't get a spoon so I went inside to use the restroom and get myself a spoon. Once I stood in line I realized what was wrong, they were highly understaffed, maybe a total of 4 people were working. Overall it was a mediocre meal.

The woman on the other end of the drive-thru speaker was incredibly rude and gave me attitude that was uncalled for. She asked me the same question repeatedly and treated me like I was stupid when I had already answered her. I then had to wait 10 minutes for my food even though nobody else was there. When I checked my bag, my order was wrong, despite the woman on the speaker asking me the same questions over and over. A younger man had to apologize for her behavior.

I wouldn't want to deter people from stopping here and the food was good however it took forever waiting in the drive thru and after so long just walked in to order. They needed more staff or to train them to pick up the pace. That is typically not an issue and stop there often. I will definitely be back.
