Service is extremely slow. After 20 mins waiting in line for food at drive thru, I finally walked in to see why they hadn't ran my food out to us. At that point, they informed me they didn't know where our food was and must of given it to the wrong vehicle. Very poor teamwork

This location struggles to serve a decent chicken sandwich. Always soggy and tastes like pure grease. Other locations make them crispy and the oil doesn't soak the buns. Employees here are very friendly though, and I've never had to wait long for my order.

In the future if you accidentally ring up and charge people for the wrong stuff or quantity dont double charge me just refund the difference

I had to write a review because this is my favorite fast food restaurant in the STATE! I stop here on my trips up north and this is the best impossible burger EVER. the staff is always really nice and the ingredients are fresh. I’ll always stop here!

Terrible waited over 25min for food. The hole lobby was full of people waiting we all asked for refunds the manager didn’t care that we all wasted are time. As we were all getting are refunds food started coming out they didn’t try and make it right. Most of us were traveling up north we all wasted 30min of are time and never got are food. Very pour customer service.
