3rd times a charm they say. Thought this place would deliver because it is a new building. Not the case. All 3 times where a disappointment. Felt sick and food was terrible. Pop tasted like chemicals. Cold. Over salted fries. Chicken tasted like old burnt grease or like a oil chemical oil. Last time eating at any KFC anywhere. 🤮

The chicken dinner was awesome. It was probably the best we’ve ever had at a KFC. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms. That’s a big deal. Thanks again great manager.

Ordered on the app got there to pick it up and wanted to add a pop had to wait for 10min for someone even took our order (there was no one in drive thru and no one in the lobby) picked up food for home had no sides no sauce and my chicken was now cold from the wait. Went back to get my sides (chicken even colder now) got there they were rude and I got cold sides. This is my 3 bad experience with this place before evening leaving review

Awful service. This is the third time we have came through the drive through and had to wait over 25 minutes for food. No napkins or silverware. Food is a complete mess. If they would inform us when we ordered that we would be waiting for so long then we would just order something different. But they wait until you’ve paid to tell you that you’re going to need to wait. Please get it together.

I am a local and brought my sister in from out of town because I was proud to take her to our new KFC. Previously I have had fabulous service and food.I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was today 8-23-2025 by the cashier who took my order,and the manager on duty. When we got home and realized they had only given us part of our order,we called right away to let them know so we could receive the 8 piece bucket. They were still rude. When I talked to Brenden about the level of rudeness and that I was going to report it he smirked and replied, well you will be complaining to me I'm the district manager... I deal with customers everyday! I would never treat any of my customers so horribly and rudely

Waited in line for 15 minutes, no one in front of us. No one said hello, be with you in a minute, get out, nothing. Finally just walked out. The man waiting for his order almost had to catch his bag from the worker that tossed it to him. Won't be back, there's plenty of other places to eat.
