I went in and got my Italian cheese bread and it was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it, there was very little cheese and the cheese that was on it was so burnt it hurt to chew, I usually wouldn’t complain but I go here often and the last few times I’ve been here my food has been burnt, I will not be returning for a while to say the least!

This little Caesars is so much better than west branch it's not even compatible. STANDISH pizza has cheese sauce and delicious crust. West branch cardboard pizza sucks and can close up forever.

they do not know how to make a deep dish pizza whatsoever. about a month ago or so they messed up my deep dish pizza so bad, literally it flipped over in the box and the manager of the store told the kid working there to “humpty dumpty my pizza back together” and didn’t say anything to us and just let us drive 25 mins home instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing the mistake. i tried calling them back once i seen my pizza multiple times and they dodged my phone calls. but when i called from a different phone they answered right away ? hmmm i wonder what that’s all about. well the next time we went to go get a deep dish the manager working there at the time… a woman… she said that WE had to tell them exactly how to make the pizza. like with the grate or without the grate or whatever. why should i have to tell YOU how to make a pizza at the store YOU work at… kinda weird if you ask me. the customer service there from the older adults that work there is terrible. worst attitudes i’ve ever seen. no wonder they can’t keep workers there…. well fast forward to yesterday i’m picking up a hot and ready and they’re on the phone with someone who got a messed up deep dish pizza. maybe you should take off your menu buddy ole pal if you can’t make it without it turning into a disaster. and they way they will do anything to hide their mistakes instead of just being a good honest person and correcting it for them before they take their pizza all the way home. you would never catch this type of service at mcdonald’s that’s all i’m saying

Placed an online order at 1244 for a 515 pickup. Get there to pickup, am told it is almost done would be a couple more minutes. Wait another 20 minutes, am then told they can't find my order. Cashier walks away and comes back a few minutes later and says oh it didn't print we will start it now. 45 minutes later it is finally ready. 2 pizzas and 2 sticks. I am not impressed. Didn't offer my money back. Will be returning tomorrow to speak with someone. Do NOT recommend.

so I went in to get my pizza and overheard this trash of a "worker" say he humpty dumptied my pizza and when I got home to look at it it was completely mutilated and inedible and when I went to call the store they ignored my calls until I used a different number don't go here it's ran by worthless
Placed an online order at 3pm to be ready by 6pm, when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and the employees were messing around throwing things at each other, blasting inappropriate music and I ended up waiting for my order for a half hour in the lobby... When I got home everything was still not done, it was undercooked and doughy.

Ordered two different breads cheese & sticks. Both were cooked to perfection ? ? The employee that waited on us provided exceptional customer service!! He was very pleasant & friendly ? I look forward to revisiting. Worth the five hour drive up.Parking: Ample spaces and two different entrance points made it easy.Wheelchair accessibility: Met ADA certification
